Also, both are mystery, detective dramas.

They both have the life of school children and their parents. Plus one of the couples in A Little Reunion is the same couple in A Love for Separation.
In both dramas FL will get into ML's house by fake identity. ML is cold and aloof but will slowly warm towards FL who is bright and will often get into embarrassing situations.
I haven't finished Rookie Historian yet (I'm currently binge watching), but I can see some similarities in the male leads personalities. Both are imperfect in the sense that some dramas tend to make de ML good at everything, and both are like giggling school girls after interactions with the FL. Both female leads are also strong women with strong personalities.
Both main characters secretly perform many tasks even under the eye of the king. They also both have secret identities.
They are both BL movies and includes LGBTQ+ representations. The plot is very similar in terms of two males falling for each other and one being reluctant about it. Towards the end, the storyline is fast forward, showing us the more mature and older versions of the main leads. Homophobia and disapproving parents are a big part of both movies, making them realistic.

Both has a human ghost relationship
Hankiz omar and Eleanor Lee both ghost and flirty

Thai BL dramas with a Crime/Mafia theme. In both one of the leads is in constant danger and has to be protected by the other which brings them closer together and makes them fall in love. Plently of action, fighting scenes, violence etc.
Both movies have the same male lead (Yi Yang Qian Xi/Jackson Yee), if you want to see more of him and his works, Better Days is a good recommendation. Both movies are heavy/emotional and deal with real life issues (bullying and living with terminal illness).

Both dramas are about a man and a woman having to unexpectedly live with each other. They clash at first but slowly start to understand and grow romantic feelings for each other.
Both korean dramas involve a love story between a human woman and a Gumiho. They're both quite sweet but intriguing dramas having a blend on fantasy and romance.
Its the First season where they formed ninepercent with kun Pd, its the same type of survival show and in my opinion i perfered idol producers.
Thai BL with multiple couples. One of the side couples is very similar, Leo/Fiat and Mek/Boss. In both one of the leads has a crush on the other since the beginning but he stays in the friendzone. Still, he tries to help his crush with his lovelife even if it hurts.
