Mr Queen is a remake of a Chinese novel, which Go Princess Go is also based off. The latter is a low budget rendition of the story.

I think Le Coup De Foudre has the same Vibe with Reply1988. Both story are beautiful friendship and family dramas. If you like beautiful and heartwarming dramas you should try this one too.

The general vibe is the same especially with the side stories and both couples are really cute.

2 Moons is similar to The boy Foretold by the the Stars since both are in a school setting. The characters are students and encounter judgment from other persons because of their relationship. The gay leads also have supportive bestfriends.
