Both are modern romcom c-dramas with a large portion of the drama being set in the office. They both have a boss/worker type romantic relationship.

The female main leads of both dramas have similar professional paths. They both were not adequate for the company position they miraculously get, but eventually develops and improves themselves to be suitable for their jobs.

they are both romantic comedies in the law and thriller genre revolving around the protagonist trying to solve a case related to something in their past. While both the female leads are very stubborn and proud as well as clumsy and kind of impulsive the male leads also resemble each other in being strong-willed, stubborn, puppy - like and very handsome.

I thought both of these dramas were very enjoyable and I think you will be satisfied with the amount of romance and cliffhangers. Although "I hear your voice" also lies under the supernatural genre and has a stronger love triangle, they were both equally worth watching and definitely made it to my top 10.

It centers around a strong father figure and his adult children as they face internal family issues plus external struggles with their significant others. The supporting characters are diverse and in depth. A very good blend of comedy and tearful scenes. It is never boring even being over 50 episodes.

They both have the same concept - three women who regularly get together for 'ladies nights' to discuss their respective love lives and the social pressures (regarding marriage and their ~expiry dates~) for their respective age groups that they're in danger of collapsing under. Tokyo Tarareba Musume specifically targets issues of women "around 30", whereas Otona Joshi specifically targets the "around 40" age group.
