Both dramas are about mpreg (male pregnancy) where the ML gets pregnant (in GXLGXDGZ ML has an artificial womb implanted without his knowledge, while in HE it's an unexplained cis male pregnancy) and must face the prejudice and discrimination that comes from being pregnant.
Both are social commentary on women's problems and pregnancy in general, but He's Expecting takes on a more serious, respectful, and heartfelt approach while in GXLGXDGZ it's more of a revenge comedy. Both MLs are judgy guys that are humbled (tho in GXLGXDGZ he doesn't learn his lesson).

It might be so similar or so different but as you can see the original creator is the same...

King/ CEO vs Consort relationship
Consort develops feelings to protect the ML.
Politics, families opposed to the King/CEO follow the same dynamics.

Both female leads r legends in their job (show host)
Both really great shows. They have a similar vibe and feel to each other, but Love Upon a Time is a lot less scary. They both have a myster element to them of trying to figure out what happened in the past.
1. Both center on men shaped by suffering and hidden identities
Both protagonists:
live double lives,
operate through deception,
and carry emotional isolation as part of their survival strategy.
2. Fate versus personal choice is central
the protagonists refuse to simply accept the roles imposed on them.
3. Romance softens hardened protagonists
Both stories use romance as:
healing,
emotional awakening,
and a challenge to the protagonist’s cold worldview.
4. Both protagonists fight systems larger than themselves
In both dramas, the heroes gradually realize:
"the system itself is broken"
5. Tragic and melancholic atmosphere
Fans drawn to tragic, emotionally restrained protagonists would probably enjoy both.
6. Strong “power couple against the world” dynamic
7. Both combine action with emotional introspection
Neither show is only about fights or plot twists.
The main difference is the setting and genre:
Drama
The Vendetta of An: Historical political revenge thriller;
Fate Chooses You: Xianxia fantasy romance with cultivation and curses;

This Japanese series has 12 episodes. It has romance. It has the same GL genre. But in this series is so long.
Both of them features a person from modern world coupled with a person from joseon era who is ordered to be killed or exiled by the king for false reasons.
Has comedy
Solid relationship and mature romance
Time travelled to a film set and left confused
They're similar in multiple ways, and if you enjoyed one, you're sure to enjoy another.

Despite not having the same plot, it has the same genre as all of the GL dramas. In Roller Coaster, the series is a great one.
Thailand is big for GL series. In Taiwan, sometimes they put longer series. That is all I'm saying. But, hey. Pluto is one of the best of 2024.
Both of these series are in Taiwan. But in "Second Take", the length of the episodes is 8 minutes. There are more similar dramas.
The other series is in Taiwan. But "The Way Back To You" is distributed in there, due to censorship.
It features the same genre of LGTBQ+. Two girlfriends kissing and having a great relationship. Despite the other series is in Japanese.
