Both dramas start with fake relationship and story about broken people that meet and heal each other. In FMIYM, FL might be a cheerful girl in half of the story. But she also had share of broken story which were forgotten

Alice in borderland is the first show that came to my mind while watching this.

same premise. the mc has to pretend they are their twin sibling and break up with their partner and somehow they start having feelings for them

Both are mini dramas in which the ML approaches the FL under false pretenses but genuinely falls in love. Both couples are younger ML/older FL, both FLs are business women who the ML work for/with, and both FLs had a former fiancée/boyfriend who died or disappeared.

Both MLs are weak and on a quest, FLs are strong (brains & brawn sort of relationship). Both dramas have pretty aesthetics.

Both are wuxias with beautiful aesthetics. The FLs are strong and the MLs are suffering from a cold poison.

In a course of dramatic events Female lead from small town ends up in a big city where she tries to reconcile with her long lost sister, falling into forced relationship with mafia Male Lead which of course turns into real love. Sister is a singer, male lead saves female lead every 5 minutes, lots of long angry stares which are supposed to be cool. Probable Stockholm syndrome? Otherwise any feelings by FL make no sense. Gets very boring after ML and FL acknowledge their love because there is no further story past "and they lived happily ever after".

Romance-as-business crossed with murder mystery is a rare narrative format. But both The Trunk and Light The Night serve it beautifully. The former leans more heavily into the romance side of things whereas Light The Night delves more into intrigue.
