Both dramas have this supernatural background (time travel vs. ability to see smells) and an amazing villain!
I was amazed by Shin Sung Rok in "You Who Came from the Stars" and I have to say that Nam Goong Min also excels in his evil role.
Both dramas are full of romance, suspense and also have many fun aspects. You will go through all kinds of emotions while watching.

Rich main guy from a popular family
Poor main girl with a good heart
Switched bride marries the main guy
Couple falling in love gradually after marriage
Perfect couple has comedy while Mask is dark

The same artistic feel. The plot is adventurous and leaves your heart and feels satisfied. Both are some of my favorite Wu Xia!!!
I really love this drama. I watched this drama over and over again. It's a family drama and the cast are all good. You can feel that they're a real family. I'm not really into a long episode drama but if you're a korean drama fan this drama is a MUST. The OST's are great. Chemistry between Lee min jung and Jung kyung ho was really amazing!!! You will laugh and cry. Get angry with the other characters but all in all it's a very very good family drama.
Oh My Ghost and Heart to Heart do not have similar plots, but they are both enjoyable to watch. The writing and directing along with the acting and chemistry worked well together to produce two wonderfully entertaining dramas. Although the plots are different, the female leads display a lovable awkwardness that subtly influences the charmingly over-confident male leads. Both dramas are definitely on my rewatch list.
The Man in the Mask is a bit more lighthearted and comedic, and less advanced than Healer (no freakily cool technologies or hacker Ahjummas) but I got the same feel with both - a main lead who has an "everyday" role where he is somewhat cowardly but transforms into an alter ego who is heroic. Both have to conceal their heroic identities from the girl that they love.
you might like to watch it for the main actor Jo Jung Suk singing in the other drama. (Another kind of personality)
both are based on novels from the same author Gu Man. One is more focused on the career and the other is more focused on their love and past.

They are both about ancient people time traveling to modern times. They have the same quirky feeling of how to adopt to modern technology and how to solve their own mysteries.
...both are dramas about nice guys falling for celebrity girls. Heartwarming, sweet and original romance dramas.
Both are low-key dramas featuring a main character who works as a pickpocket. Ruler of Your Own World is somewhat more melodramatic while Yoona's Street has a slice-of-life vibe to it.
Both dramas deals with characters pretending to be someone they are not and the hi-jinx and complication that comes after to keep the lie going. Both are lighthearted rom-com that are enjoyable to watch with handsome male leads.
Ho Goos Love can be in some aspects related to Stand up. Both are great dramas that start as a comedies but end up being something much more than you have ever expected. From both you will learn that power of love and friendship can heal you from deep emotional scars. Stand Up is however about highschoolers while Ho Goos Love is about people in their 20s.
