Someone who enjoyed The Prosecutor’s Proposal may also like Secret Relationships because both dramas focus on intense, emotionally complicated relationships shaped by secrets, past trauma, and mistrust. Although The Prosecutor’s Proposal has a legal and crime-thriller plot, its romance is driven by the same kind of tension found in Secret Relationships: attraction is mixed with anger, jealousy, guilt, and unresolved feelings.

Both series also feature characters who appear successful and controlled in their professional lives but are emotionally vulnerable underneath. Their relationships develop in workplace settings, where power, protection, manipulation, and romantic desire often overlap. If you want to watch it, season 1 would be an obvious recommendation because it starts with explaining how and why things in season 1 happened.

The way the MLs gently pursued the FLs in both dramas reminded me of the other. Also the MLs personalities seemed similar, and the dramas had a few other things in common.

Similarities: Both stories revolve a young, bold, smart girl who has issues within her family. Both FL are cunning when needed to stop the plots against them. Both end up entering the palace, being loved by & loving the Empress.

The Fls have multiple men who want them, because of their strong, uncompromising nature. Both Fls have a first love who they are separated from.

The main thing is the Fls characteristics. Bold, energetic & playful. They are both exceedingly smart in their own ways. And watching their stories my heart breaks for both of them, and is so happy when justice is finally found for them.

These dramas, The East Palace and The Haunted Palace, have a similar vibe. If you enjoy watching one, you'll probably enjoy the other as well
