Lu Wu Yi, the youngest nine-tailed fox of the organization Wu Xiang Yue, is on a mission to find the great demon Xiao Wei. Disguised as a priest, she enters Wei Manor in Luo'an and discovers that others are also hunting Xiao Wei. - accident happen in seemingly happy and fun place but turns out there will be an explosion that will kill the male lead (SFOT explosion happened at a concert, meanwhile WBL explosion happened at an observatory (?))

There are several couple in both series and I just enjoy the chemistry between each cast. They are soooo cute… I got a feeling that the second couple leads are more popular than the first one… (One thing!!! Both are ‘engineer major’ and it works almost on eveeeeeeery Thai BL) This trope is just way too popular and cover the market niche

Goes the same with 2Moons as well… hopefully someone can recommend that one as well

Story-wise, they’re not very similar, but the style of humor definitely overlaps. Both dramas offer fast-paced, no-brainer parody comedy that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

The male lead in both drama give similar vibe. They are both reserved and very quiet. And got attached to their female leads

While the plot in both is not that similar, both stories give you the same warm feeling at the end. Both are pretty true to the queer experience, and they both include symbolism through art. While The Eighth Sense had more episodes and side stories, they both seemed to truly understand how it feels not only to pine for someone but how it is to do so while queer. I highly recommend watching both of these stories, especially if you enjoyed one of them already.

Main differences: EB is high fantasy while JoL is wuxia fantasy. EB is focused on a trio of friends while JoL is focused on 1ML. EB is more shallow overall (it's also way shorter and split in half lol)

nam joo hyuk dramas where he falls in love with a sportswoman.
although wfkbj has a lot more satisfying ending.

both are romcoms with similar kind of humour although wfbkj is a lot toned down compared to lr.
the male leads also have similar kind of energy- the cute energetic "losers" in love. also they are/were both swimmers.
