If you loved "Buried Hearts," then you might enjoy " Hua Jai Sila" because both dramas explore revenge, family conflict, lovechild , hidden identities, and intense, emotional romance. The male leads in both stories are deeply scarred by their pasts, returning years later as powerful figures to seek justice, only to find themselves entangled in a passionate yet painful love story. Both dramas feature a strong childhood connection between the leads, family betrayal, and a dark, gripping atmosphere that keeps you hooked. While "Buried Hearts" leans more towards mystery, political and psychological depth, " Hua Jai Sila" delivers classic Thai revenge romance with high-stakes drama. If you’re a fan of angst-filled, emotional storytelling with a brooding yet vulnerable male lead, this lakorn is a must-watch.....!

Hey! ? Just had a thought. Some people are so talented that their acting alone leaves a huge impact. Just like FB ? Their performances on stage or screen speak volumes about their passion and skill. They don’t need any flashy extras because they believe in themselves and their art. It’s amazing how their actions can say so much more than words. Just wanted to share this with you. Hope you’re doing great! ?
let their acting skills speak for them...

Quiet/calm ML
Cheerful/bubbly FL
First love
High school setting
Many parallels between the couple/their scenes
Genre/overall plot is different (WIFTY is more lighthearted than SFOT) but if u liked one u might enjoy the other, as I watched both back to back

The director and female lead is the same. The depth of content, the relatability and reality that make you pause and think are the same in both dramas.
In episode 4, they make references to Ikebukuro West Gate Park. It was really fun to watch after knowing the source material. Both shows are by the same director, and the lead actor is the same. Even the writer is the same too.
A psychological drama about love, longing, homosexual desire and psychological turmoil--i.e., the perils of puberty. Ito is a shy boy in the top class at secondary school. He feels attracted to his classmate and best friend Yoshida, who is not aware of Ito's intimate feelings. They spend alot of time with Kanbara, whose comic actions hide his sensitive nature. Aihara is new at school and remains aloof with her cool attitude. No one knows that at her previous school she was raped and is now in therapy. Meanwhile Yoshida, who's currently involved with the insecure Shimizu, is interested in Aihara, the mysterious new girl... It is obvious, the each teen is hiding behind a wall which they must break through in during this tough process of maturation

Both fake marriage trope of childhood friends coming together for some grander reason as an adult couple.
Soft spoken FL
hopelessly in love ML
Usokun is a little better of a watch though, even if its harder to find as the supporting cast is really great and the story relies more on the characters internal struggles (while keeping them likable while Fukushu tends to rely on external conflicts to drag the couple together.

Both Marry My Husband (K-drama) and Blossom (C-drama) revolve around themes of time travel, betrayal, and second chances, where the female leads use their newfound knowledge to change their fates. In Marry My Husband, Kang Ji-won is murdered by her cheating husband and best friend, only to wake up 10 years in the past. With a chance to rewrite her life, she seeks revenge and justice. Similarly, Blossom follows Dou Zhao, who tragically dies but reincarnates into her younger self, allowing her to prevent the betrayals that once destroyed her. Both leads develop slow-burn romances with protective and loyal male characters who stand by their sides. Also, their main way of getting revenge is the same which is by making the people who betray them by get married. (The main difference between is that Marry My Husband is set in modern-day Seoul, while Blossom is set in historical China)
Marriage of convenience, low stakes, smart male lead, female lead good at her job, generally fluffy vibes
