Both are mini dramas with the same ML. Beloved of a Lifetime has an easter egg in Love Behind the Mask by appearing as a story told by the FL in an episode.

In both plots, ML is much wealthier than FL, but they become closer due to the unique plot point. (Body Swaps/Pretending to be a Robot)
FL is hardworking, works in a more unusual field, and is generally relatable.
Secret Garden has quite a lot of mean interactions, both between the leads and with other characters, while I'm Not a Robot is a bit kinder/more heartwarming. Both romances have an "us against the odds" aspect.

'Densetsu no Head Sho' might not be a BL but it's also about a guy who looks identical to the leader of a gang and finds himself temporarily taking his place!

Both are law and courtroom focused though one focuses on lawyers and the other on prosecutors. They have a main lead that is initially unwilling to support the cause until they realize that they are directly by the actions of the antagonist.

Both have strong depictions of teamwork and friendship in the investigative team even with push back from bosses. They both involve detectives working difficult cases and include some humorous interactions within the team.

They both have a similar plotline of betrayal at the end. Both have an overarching villain trying to be arrested and the detective in charge seeking help from unexpected avenues.
