I recommend watching both series. Entourage is a more serious dark humor on screen and is about 4 friends trying to find themselves in the world of stars, but the characters in both shows are similar in that they hide childish emotions inside them without being suspended from what they are going through and the daily routines and behaviors that make the viewers laugh.

In particular, the emotions of the female protagonists in both series, the maternal instinct, the attitude towards husbands and the way they blend the approach of women to the outside world with comedy are very similar.
