Similar LGBTQ themes of Tawianese high school students finding their own identity in a more conservative environment of the past. Your Name Engrave Herein is set in the 1980s Taiwan and After School is set in 1990s Taiwan.
Ding Cheng Xin returns during episode 8 and the interaction between the casts from across the different seasons.
In W Shitsuji butlers are ordinary boys, while in Kuroshitsuji there's demon butler. But! Also in Kuroshitsuji there are some fanservices, even if it's from 3rd person pov. Both are eye-candies for butler freaks! lol
Both titles are treat for a butler-themed romance fans. In Mei-chan no Shitsuji there's theme of rivalry with other girls, but the drama is still very very cute!
Both are about highschoolers both are packed with action and comedy. They should have the same grade even though boyhood is a bit lower
The actors in these drama series are in both shows - support actors in Meet You At The Blossom which is a Thai production with Chinese actors and main actors in I’ll Turn Back This Time which is a Chinese production.
Both are action-fantasy genre and adapted from novel & webtoon. Both have power fantasy in real world with game elements...

Haken no Hinkaku is more comedic and it's set in a corporate setting, while Watashi Teiji de Kaerimasu is more serious and it's set in a start-up setting.

Five girls in their twenties come to live together in a house called "Belle Epoque," which means "a beautiful time" in French. Each girl has a particular personality, background, and issues. In addition to the five girls, they believe there is a sixth presence - a ghost living in the house, but each sees the ghost differently. As the girls feel a bond of sympathy and become closer, they also deal with their personal issues as they live out their eventful twenties. The drama follows their struggles and incidents dealing with relationships - within their circles, with dating, and with each other - and a variety of events they are experiencing, including credits, part-time jobs, drinking, hopes and dreams.
- Although I feel there are not many real similarities between MM and LYF (esp S1)there is one that I feel is really important.
-Tushan Jing and Xiling Xiayao are very similar to Fan Yue and Bai Shou. In the sense that they reach a point of being very healthy. Despite all the pain, angst and misunderstandings that TJ and XY go thru in S1. In S2 they transform into a supporting, strong, communicating, trusting loving, loyal relationship. They took all their mistakes from the past and learned from them. Similar how JY and XY did when they were reborn into Fan Yue and Bai Shou.
-They fight for their love; they are a team and don't let anyone tear them apart anymore especially themselves. Very much like Fan Yue and Bai Shou.
TJ pretty much loves XX the same way that FY loves BS. He doesn’t care about anything but her.
S1 should be watched in order to understand S2.

FL is obsessed with a man who is too cowardly to love her back in the beginning. She falls for the playboy instead who is the one ready to drop everything for her.
FL is also very spoiled in the first part of the drama

ML and FL who were once in love, meets each other after some years. Both have healing vibes and great chemistry.
