I second this recommendation. Weak Hero Class 1 deals with three students who face bullying and injustice. The three of them are very different and I think that's part of the charm. How far are you willing to go to protect what is important to you? Can friendship grow and overcome hardship? Is it better to give up than to suffer? Will you become a monster youself by fighting monsters?

Weak Hero Class 1 has more realistic fight scenes and the overall tone is darker. I felt the plot is also a bit deeper and the character developement more prominent.

(However, Study Group is still airing, so that's that.)

Both dramas deal with school bullying, delinquents, and fighting.
Both dramas derive their source from manhwa (Korean Comics).
Similarities are only in themes and not in the story itself.

Similar plot with 2 male leads: one of them gets targeted by the society till he clarifies the situation in the end and has the other lead to support him all the time. the theme is in overall quite similar they both give the same vibes with different plot which is equally interesting and attractive. Each lead and character has their own past story to tell with which they try to cope and live.

- Both dramas are based around an underground drug cartel
- Both involve a police officer going undercover to reveal the truth of the drug ring
- Both involve conflict that rises in the mind of the police officer, given how they develope a brotherhood, and also in mind of the gang leader once he discovers the truth
- There is no romance between these 2 characters but a lot of bromance which was better or equal to the romance they each pursued (which in itself is very intense and a play of deception/white lies and a lot of unsaid feelings)

The two dramas are not that similar…MIC has a lighter tone. TNISY is more serious and has some fantasy elements with rebirth/time rewind.

However, both dramas have the following similarities:
- ML is a prince/royalty with good fighting skills and loyal followers
- ML was poisoned
- FL is the daughter of a great General from a high-status family with military power
- FL is the light of ML’s life…Both ML are very passionate/lovestruck and would risk their life to protect FL
- Both are shorter length historical romance drama with plots involving power struggle/fight for the throne
- Given their budgets, the productions are well done and costumes are nice
- Many passionate kiss scenes & good chemistry

No spoilers but everything related to Ruan Lanzhi's character is extremely similar to Suda Masaki's. Even the damn good relationship between the two male leads. All Rider universes have tons of odd monsters including ghosts and especially W has a lot of the same similar angst and hot people getting in trouble and hurt and crying their eyes out. The vibe of W gets just as dark at one point even though on the whole it's funny and lighter there are still some episodes that will get to you.

Similarities:
- Both have strong & smart ML who is a prince/royalty and great general
- FL is supposedly smart / can somewhat defend themselves
- FL did everything she can to protect her family
- Enemies to Lovers relationship
- ML is super dedicated/fell hard in love and did everything he can to protect FL
- Historical romance genre with good costumes
- Good kiss scenes, chemistry and production given their respective budgets

Differences:
- TNISY has some fantasy/rebirth and more gu/poison & cultivation related story
- TNISY is a shorter length drama vs EL is full-length
