Both have an orphan ML with abandonment issues and terminall illness with a love story.

The scars of the ML of Mr Plankton has brought back memories of the poor traumatized ML of the Classic old kdrama I'm Sorry I Love You, both are messes.

Both deal with traumatized characters and show realistic flawed humans, similar quirky vibes. Both are deep dramas.

Both have intelligent leads, ladies are talented and capable, and gents have military power.
Both are VERY bingeable.

I can recommend it because it seems that the two dramas are related to the supporting role girl because she lied about her family, she will use people to make them believe her, she uses her beauty to be innocent to many people, and she hates the female lead because everyone around her is only focused on FL, and she also likes ML.
