Both dramas have characters who ridicule the main characters occupation as being disrespectful to the doctors who care for living bodies. Yet the main characters stick through these accusations and continue to work as hard as they can.

This show is also about two women that collaborate to perform crimes together and have a very toxic relationship where they plot against each other but also can't live without each other.

Somebody is way darker and more explicit than AtFW but the dramas are similar in the sense that the main couple are sort of a "match made in heaven". In the sense that both FL's have a few screws loose and the ML's have a couple more screws loose. But they don't really care about how messed up the other is, only that they've finally found someone who sees/understands them.

With AtFW the FL is a trained assassin and the ML is extremely masochistic and suicidal. In Somebody the FL is a sociopath and the ML is a serial killer.
