There's a bit of a school-type background in both series. The MCs have very good chemistry together, and one of them is crushing hard on the other (in each drama). BCYD isn't over yet, so no comparison in endings, but I hope it has a similar kind of ending to LFLS.

Both have amazing acting from a pretty young cast - sadly both are short dramas. Here's hoping more will come.

A slightly similar premise with a work related romance. There is an age gap between the male and female leads, where both women are the older ones. Also, there is a fair amount of skinship in the two dramas.

Both dramas are focused on the fact that the male leader has became a ghost and can only be seen by the female leader.

"More Than Blue" and "1 Litre no Namida" share several thematic similarities that make them emotionally compelling. Both stories center around protagonists dealing with terminal illnesses: Aya Kito in "1 Litre no Namida" suffers from spinocerebellar ataxia, while K in "More Than Blue" is terminally ill. They explore the emotional and psychological struggles associated with their conditions, affecting not just themselves but also their loved ones. Themes of love and sacrifice are prominent; K sacrifices his happiness for Cream's future, while Aya's family and friends provide unwavering support. Both narratives highlight the impact of illness on relationships and emphasize perseverance, hope, and finding meaning in life despite inevitable suffering and loss.

I'm recommending both dramas to each other because for me they are the masterpieces of Philippine Television. Both stories are not exactly the same though here are a few similarities:
=> written by Suzette Doctolero
=> part of the plot (specifically on the first part of Encantadia in the 2005-2006 version, this part Encantadia: Love Until the End is the third part) is about a girl trying to adjust to a strange and different world from where she's used to.
=> both have Dennis Trillo and Tirso Cruz III (Dennis and Tirso are in the second part Etheria though, not this third part)
Note: This specific Encantadia, called Encantadia: Love Until the End (Encantadia: Pag-Ibig Hanggang Wakas) is the third part of the 3 part series of the original Encantadia aired from 2005-2006.

The story premise is almost the same. It's all about the ML who can't be touched by any female due to a psychological allergic reaction. And the only cure is the FL to be with her all the time.

Leh Ratree is obviously more of a domestic drama while in Ploy Lom Phet the leads were always on the run and getting chased.

Both dramas however are enemies-to-lovers trope.

Both main-leads hated to love each other.

Love-triangles in both dramas and the ML thinking FL loved the SML.

We have a greedy Mafia Don in the background in both dramas.

Both shows have a lot of the cast in common, especially having Bible in one of the main roles. Both are steamy/spicy and include great and interesting actions scenes. From what we've seen so far, the writing of 4Minutes is more complex than that of KinnPorsche. But KinnPorsche includes a lot of emotional depth like 4Minutes does as well. They both just have similar vibes and are very enjoyable.

DISCLAIMER: This recommendation was written while only 2 episodes of 4Minutes were released.
