The story and the premise seems similar to me even if not exactly same. FL and MLs mom have a complicated relationship.
TV news anchorwoman, popular actress, lawmaker's wife, switch bodies, care about herself, taking care of family.
1) Smart and strategic ML.
2) ML has more than one identity.
3) ML has connections in both jiang hu (pugilistic world) and chao ting (government/political world).
4) ML has an extensive information gathering/spy network.
5) Both dramas have a strong FL who knows how to fight!
6) Both dramas have romance, although it is not a major theme in Nirvana in Fire, unlike in Who Rules the World, where there is more focus on romance.

Both are mini dramas with the same sort of plot - a couple who overcomes many difficulties until ultimately the ML falls ill with cancer and breaks up with the FL without telling her. She stages a fake wedding to get him back, then marries him despite his illness.
Both are about a rich, domineering ML who at a low point of his life meets the poor FL. Years later he approaches her, promising to help her in some way in exchange for her agreeing to marry him, without telling her they've met before.
The antagonists are both psychopath, and a killer and not just that Daisuke and Fukase are bit alike :)
A time called you is adopted from Someday or one day. The Korean remake hasn't been out yet so i am not sure if its gonna make up to the expectations the original have been made. but i'm looking forward to see it!
