Both are modern day bad boy/good girl romances, where the male and female leads have very little in common from the outside looking in.
Just Between Lovers, however, is a much more haunting and complex story about trauma. How trauma marks and changes you and how you can then be drawn to other people who have also suffered trauma, even if on the surface you are totally different. Also, Just Between Lovers allows the characters to change and grow in a way Lighter & Princess does not.

A completely different era and country, but both dramas follow three very different women looking to make their way in a male dominated world. Both are well-produced and tightly written.
A Dream of Splendor is a bit more romance focused, but both have romance elements.

Both dramas have a younger woman and a more older male mentor. In both, the romance is forbidden, ill-fated and is full of yearning.
The Rise of Phoenixes however is beautifully produced, has wonderfully complex and interesting politics. It's also romance at a distance but has lots more quality interactions between the male and female leads.

In both dramas, the main male lead (ML) is the star of an investigation and enforcement force with many powerful political players seeking to manipulate or neutralize him. He's sucked into the middle, until the main female lead (FL) inspires him to find a way out
In both, the FL has her own ambitions and desires for her life that the ML is happy to support and pursue. The FLs take their fates into their own hands and come up with their own strategies.
A Dream of Splendor however is better produced and is less cruel and sadistic. Also a little less romantic and a bit more focused on female friendship than a main romance.

same sports romance theme (though one focuses on it more.)
same first love roses and blues.

Both have bullying/violence
Both have revenge as it's main plot
Both have an element of romance that doesn't overshadow the main plot of the series
Both 10/10
Both have scenes set in a high school setting (only the flashbacks tho but it builds the foundation of the storyline)

both shows have the protaganist framed for a chime they did not commit .... both big budget with alot of A listers making cameos
Both detectives leading the investigations are independently rich (bringing interesting workplace dynamics), Elijah is in both of them (I thought it was just someone looking a lot like her, LOL, initially, nope, same actress), both MLs (of the two dramas) have colourful past experiences and things to clear up. Also, both MLs are definitely smart and tend to notice small details (which is always a plus.)
TGD had a pair of detectives, it looks like Bait/Decoy won't.
Depending on how Bait/Decoy develops, it might turn more noir than TGD ended up.

Both are historical mini dramas in which the leads are investigating a murder mystery together that connects to the past massacre of one of the lead's family.
Both have themes of cheating/infidelity, if you like these types of themes you'll probably like this one too, has 12 episodes that are like 30 minutes long, makes you feel bad about some of the characters.
This was where Mino made a deal with Na PD to have the show made since it was something Winner has talked about before.
Having Youth over Flowers x Winner was his chosen reward/dream when they get the 7 Dragon Balls .

Coming of age films about teenager female leads and their struggles. Both of the films have LGBT coded FLs.
