In my suggestion, it´s literaly the same drama. In Dark Hole it´s a Zombie like Virus and in Monstrous it´s a Curse that make people aggressive and kill themselve and everyone around them.

When Kosuke was 14 years old, his mother died. As a young gay person, he spent his adolescence in a rural village and suppressed his feelings.
