Both are family centered, Romantic Drama/Comedies allowing us to follow a transitional period in a family in which the children need to reach a new level of maturity; and the parents deal with unresolved issues and the challenges of aging.

both have an undercover agent who tries to defeat drug lords, lots of cool actions, and great OST. So all in all, similar storyline, and although it still doesn't have eng sub I watched it and recc other to see it too.

Lee Yeon Seo, is a cynical and arrogant ballerina. She is the prima ballerina, but after an accident she has to give up her dream. After her parents' sudden death, she doesn’t trust anyone since there are a lot of people lurking around her and her inherited money. Because of her distrust and arrogance, she is unable to love anyone.

Kim Dan is an optimistic, carefree angel who is always getting into trouble. In order to return to heaven, he is tasked with a mission to find true love for the talented but emotionally distant ballerina.

Both tell of stories where the main character is thrust into new (slightly remote) environments where they learn to get along with people different from those they've met before. They tell stories of self-discovery, growth, and emotional healing.

Hyejin is a city girl dentist who moves to a small rural town to start her own practice. "Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha" tells the story of how she adjust to her new neighbours and their country-side way of life, which is completely different from what she's used to.

"If You Wish Upon Me" tells the story of GyeoRe, an ex-convict with not much reason to live. His life becomes entangled with a hospice (palliative care center) and is forced to become a volunteer driver for their patients. he is surrounded by dying patients who are fighting to make the most of their last moments, and hospice volunteers trying their best to grant wishes to those in their last moments.

Both dramas tell stories of those with numbered days to live and their journey to cross out that one last thing on their bucket list. They explore the themes of life and death, being grateful for little miracles, and self discovery.

"If You Wish Upon Me" tells the stories of those who work and live in a hospice, specifically of the Genie Team who goes about fulfilling the last wishes of the hospice's patients. "Scent of a Woman" tells the story of a woman who decides to take control of her last moments in life to do everything she kept putting off.

Warning: both dramas will make you cry.

These two series both have the star-crossed lovers trope, having to deal with difficult adult figures and same sad ending, and both give off the same vibe through out.

Both of these korean BL miniseries focus on a grounded romance story between a young reserved chef and a disillusioned celebrity/celebrity-hopeful seeking respite. In these stories, the romance presents inspiration to both leads as well a conflict originating from the leads' different personalities.

Both are intense, thriller, action movie. Although one is gangster the other one is a couple, they are both good acting and plot
