After reading the plot, the first drama to come to my mind was Kdrama"Secret (2013)" but the male and female lead characters are reversed. In both dramas, the male lead lost their pregnant lover/wife related to the hit-and-run car accident and the romance between the leads starts from hatred and revenge.

I saw that there’s Thai version of Secret Garden but I don’t know whether it use the same plot as the Korean one… it’s about body swapping so I would recommend it to those that wanna watch a body swapping drama but don’t actually need to be bl… I would say the plot is quite similar because the cause is both car accident? But here there’s this ‘special drink’ that became the trigger… but here they body swapped with their lover not their siblings or something^^

In both dramas, the couple is balanced, they love and sacrifice unconditionally
There is no love triangle, nor nagging female
Male lead falls first in love
Between country and love, both ML will put first their love
Both have happy ending

I’m not saying it’s actually the same but the body swapping is quite similar just that in my opinion Cupid’s Last Wish’s transition was way harder because they actually show that the body and soul that keeps changing here unlike the day of becoming you where the just change their soul back and forth. But the fact that they got into body swapping condition through accident is just the same here and there… I would say ‘Secret Garden’ is body swapping as well and this one is way more older and like the mother of body swapping drama^^

Similar premise though Ubaat Rai Ubaat Ruk is certainly way more on the melodrama side than WWWSK, which is mostly a romcom.

F4 Thailand is the best version of the same adaptations. Or this is the BEST DRAMA I've ever watched. It has everything a crazy wants in a drama everything means everything. I strongly recommend this and it is my first Thai drama, I just can't get over it, heck I've completed it 2 times and whenever I've spare time I watch it. The couple, their chemistry, acting, BGM, Ost, MV, storyline, production every aspect of a real life and real reactions a human showes in those situations is there. Overall no harrassing and forcing by male lead, infact the female lead is violent she hits the male lead with pillows as needed and is really strong and down to earth, the male lead is aggressive for others but infront of her he gets dumbest. Their acting is so nutral and they nailed it. The Female Lead "Tu Tontawan" it's her debute yet her acting! I can't believe she neither has acting nor any training background but her skills; god gifted, she is really talented, strong, brave, beautiful and cute, The 2nd male lead "Dew" it's his debut yet acting! he's so much talented and handsome. The couple's bickering, stuttering, real reactions make you smile, blush and cry, you live all the emotions. Every minute of the drama is truly a rom-com. I strongly, strongly recommend this.

Both are set in school, and have a scene in which the ML rescues the FL from a fire at the school.

Both dramas have a warm feel, a school setting, and an enemies/frenemies to lovers relationship between the main couple. FL likes someone else who only sees her as a friend. The ML in both seemingly picks on the FL who is annoyed by him, but when he starts to fall for her he falls hard and must try to get her to see him as more than a friend.

Both dramas have a school setting, a similar tone and pacing, and a frenemies/semi-antagonistic relationship between the leads that gives way to friendship and eventually romance.
