FL enters a novel and finds herself married to the ML, the villain of the story. She must change the plot in order to insure that her written death doesn't happen, and in the process the couple fall in love.
FL enters the world of a story (novel vs. drama), initially views the ML as the villain. The ML distrusts her at first but slowly falls in love with her.
Both are historical, funny, romantic, supernatural and mostly have same energy
Both are mostly light dramas with a similar feel. The FL is from another world and arrives in the historical/other one in the body of an "ugly" maid vs. "ugly" concubine. ML is royal in both.
ML is of higher status than FL. ML is a scholar, more weak/gentle type. FL solves problems within the family once she marries the ML, including helping his older brother's wife in her unhappy marriage. Similar vibes and tone despite being different in length.
They are both mystery/thriller with married couples. They both give the same vibes as both female lead try to clear their's husband's names.
-Both are republican drama
-Both have smart FL
-FL tried to get closer to ML with a bad purpose
-Both have a love-hate relationship story
-Both have the same main plot. It's about revenge

Princess! You have five husbands! Is obviously a reverse harem drama. I love it. There is some romance between two guys in her harem though.
Both have strong and ambitious female leads. Sometimes there are love triangles but "A girl similar to me" has a love triangle between her and two other guys and then another girl who also likes her boyfriend.
He doesn't even see her, but then there are more love triangles which make the story more interesting how everyone is chasing someone but only the main couple returns the feeling to each other.
"A girl like me" is actually interesting and kept me on my toes with some plot twists. This is a great thing because I mostly think dramas are boring and the same script with different actors.

There is not much to say why they are similar, more where they are different.
It feels like Revenge Girl is a Chinese remake with a sprinkle of dystopian future on top, and more wuxia style of fights with less dead bodies than in 'The Witch'

Both are BL dramas, which main story involve two people who knew each other since childhood and fell in love later in their lives (while growing up).
This is actually very different to LBC. It is a short movie about the perceptions society has towards hearing impaired people, with a BL spin. That said Taiichi reminds me of Can so I thought I would add this here for those who like Can.
FL has a contract relationship with the ML (pretending to be his sister vs. being his wife for a short while) which is to benefit the ML's father in some way. Both are very short and sweet dramas with happy endings.
Contract/forced marriage between the mains which isn't meant to last blossoms into real love. Both featuring conniving SFL(s) who just will not quit.
Fake/forced marriage between the leads turns into love.
