Both of them have blood and horror galore, and another title that appears to be a metaphor for a deep social malaise, All of Us Are Dead certainly seems to have a lot in common with Squid Game, and even features a Squid Game cast member in a major role.

Both dramas deal with time travel / time slip.
Manhole(2017) - Male main lead Bong Pil time travels into the past through a manhole in an effort to stop the wedding of his lifelong crush, Soo Jin, set to happen one week into the future. whereas in
Blue Birthday (2021) - Female main lead Oh Ha Rin will revisit the past through mysterious photos left by her first love, Ji Seo Jun, who died on her birthday 10 years ago, and prevent his death. (for every time travel the person needs to pay a price )

Both dramas revolve around pottery/ceramics and the potters behind the craft. Whereas Goddess of Fire is more like a lighthearted romcom about the Royal Workshop and the first female ceramist of Korea, The River Children would offer you a more grounded and slice-of-life approach to the commoners who were pioneers of the craft in the Republican China and the struggles they faced (plus with some family drama haha).
Really, the two are QUITE different, but if you are interested in checking out dramas about this craft, do check both of them out.

Both are really well made and highly enjoyable dramas about Coroners/Forensic Medicine in Ancient China and Crime Investigation. Both have capable and smart characters who don't mess around, and the plot is carefully designed and fast-paced, not a single second is wasted. I wish there were more dramas like this.
About Judge of Song Dynasty, don't hesitate because it's an old drama. Only the camerawork/color palette is dated (actually better and consistent than some dramas these days) but everything else is really good and holds well against time.

Both FL lead is ill but one of them is passed away. They tried to start a romance relationship with someone they think is good enough for them & want spend more time with ML & both of FL keep their illness a secret until ML find out by themselves. I think in both movie & dramas both FL & ML already drawn to each other so deeply. They start their romance so quickly & end up so quick too but still both ML try their best to be together with FL. Mamiya Shotaro is adorable & this time he get the FL.

Part 2 of Arthdal Chronicles. Ta Gon has now become the most powerful man in Arthdal. He has an affectionate relationship only with Taealha, the daughter of the rival Hae Tribe, because of their shared ambitions.

Sa Ya has been kept confined into a tower because he is an Igutu, a hybrid between a Saram and Nweantal. Ta Gon chose to spare Sa Ya’s life as a baby, in the wars that wiped out all the Nweantals and brought him back to Arthdal. His relationship with Sa Ya is complicated as Igutus are hated in Arthdal. Tae Al Ha has helped Ta Gon raise him.

Tan Ya, in an attempt to escape from the fortress of fire, where she and her tribe were held as hostages, she goes into a room. This room looks exactly like what EunSeom had described as in his dreams. There she sees a boy that looks just like Eun Seom.

What will happen after Sa Ya, who longs to escape his tower, and Tan Ya, who yearns for revenge against Arthdal, meet for the first time?

First part of Arthdal Chronicles. Set in the fictional land of Arthdal during ancient times(bronze age). Eun Seom was born with a fate to bring disaster to Arthdal, which leads him and his mother, who wants to save him, to endure hardships. Finally, they decide to leave and travel together to a better place. Although Eun Seom grows up in the new land, he is seen as an outcast because he is different from the land's natives. Ta Gon is a war hero of Arthdal. He has paved the way for Arthdal to become a prosperous city and nation and he is the strongest warrior in Arthdal. He dreams of becoming the first king of Arthdal.

Tan Ya was born with the same fate as Eun Seom. She is the next great mother of the Wahan Tribe. But she has difficulty mastering the dance of the great mother and hasn't had a single dream since the Eun Seom appeared in their village.
Taealha is the daughter of the head of the Hae tribe. She has greater ambitions.

Honestly there aren't that much background / story similarities between the dramas. DOTS is longer, has romance, is more epic, etc. It's just army-centered for both.

But they gave me a similar vibe. Something in the emotions I felt while watching those really felt the same.

When I watched D.P, I made a break in the middle just to rewatch DOTS, and I liked it, so I wanted to share it.
