Though secret seven is not BL, it's also about the main character finding out who is the real guy?
In secret seven I think the female lead gets gifts from a male. She feels it's one among the seven guys.

Both dramas have the same vibe and rythm. Even though Red Sky has a more dynamic conflict, those dramas are still considered light and the romance vibe are kinda similar.

Set during the Joseon dynasty, Red Sleeve tells the story about the life of a court lady and the impact to the palace. There's some background of story that's based on the actual case.

Even though Red Sky is based on mythological background, it's still a light warming drama and is easy to swallow.

It tells the love story about a blind astrologer and a painter in the middle of chaos happened in the Kingdom caused be the devil spirit.

If you're into slow burn historical romance, Red Sleeve is definitely the perfect fit to watch along with Red Sky. As I watched these two, I felt that the vibe was connected perfectly.

Based on the Korean version which has the same synopsis of a woman living alone, who believes someone is breaking into her home.

Both are just sweet movie to watch.

They feeling and puppy love start with friendship and growth
Life threw hardship on them. They got separated but got back together ever after

long historical dramas with very similar romance part and dynamic between 2 men and 1 woman. Of course Empress Ki is more complex drama, though it has issues too.

in both FL is strong (of course Ki is much badass woman) girl who has lover (there's more similarities in this relationship but too much spoilers) nice brave guy, but then not so likable emperor who had long time crush on FL (from the time she didn't treated him as emperor) takes her in his harem, loves her very much and because of that she is target of other wives. She hates emperor but slowly develops feelings.
though endings are different (similar in some details but different in overall feel to Emperor).
Also Emperor in "Ki" is more nice but weak, though I think more likable character after all.

I personally loved Emperor in "Ki" and other guy (though he is less main lead then King of Korea in "Ki") in King's Woman.

Overall, two wonderful stories that are different in substance, but follow a love story between two boys who meet for the first time under unlikely circumstances.

Lootera was bollywood movie with a similar kind of beautiful love story. You should definitely watch with english subtitles on. If you love Snowdrop.

In both the Female lead help the injured Male lead.

Female lead gets involved with Male lead emotionally and falls in love without knowing his intentions.

Male lead hides his real identity and a lot of secrets.

Male lead goes away leaving the Female lead behind as he was basically performing a mission and have other goals (In Snowdrop main lead was a spy from NK and had a mission to execute related to Professor Han whereas in Lootera the main lead had a plan to steal something from her father).

Male lead also falls in love with Female lead hard and have a guilt that they are harming her.

The villain and people surrounding them convinces the hero to leave the female lead and focus on the mission instead. Because they can't live with her.

Both Male leads are chased by police and female lead hides them at their place.

Lootera and Snowdrop both have historical backgrounds.

Both series are about historical turning point

The Main leads fell in love without knowing what is gonna happen around them

Main lead gets affected by the dark scheme planned in the country.

Both are military and agencies related

Like Snowdrop, Mr.sunshine is also historical fiction, some of the characters and stories are made up, and some are based on historical fact. Such advancing of the timeline may have helped the producers dramatize the story.

Both are Japanese drama that tackles about the people's life in the rural area where a public servant or public worker that assist the people to accept changes on their lives

A public officer who came to a rural area to assist the people to enhance their livelihood. It focuses more to the residents who understand the importance of changes through government assistance

Both Dramas revolved on developing the rural area for the benefit of the residents. The drama also tackles on importance of the government support to enhance the livelihood of the residents.

Both stories have a love story with an AI as the male lead. The human male is arrogant and the AI counterpart is kind in both stories.
