Both movies showed the brave and strong hearted teacher trust and believe in their student, not without hardship, challenging and suppressing. Young lost kids need good teachers like that to help them learn and get back to successful path

The fight scenes are amazing for these two series! They're both great dramas about adventures of the male lead all throughout the jianghu.
The male leads are somewhat similar in a sense that the story makes them the pivotal person of the court and the martial arts world (them being too important) but came from 2 different sides/ends - Fengnian is with the Overlord's side, Ning Que represents the royal family.
Another similar is the personality of the female lead being a very important person in the universe but is concealed/disguised as the lead's maid.
Also, of course, the most obvious similarity is Hu Jun. The roles he played are similar but different as well.
I get the same exciting watching these 2 dramas. Really great watch. Hope the season 2 lives up to season 1 though, because Ever Night fell out on the 2nd installment.

- both need to experience love and hate love stories and overcome many obstacles to be together.
- both are big IP drama work adapted from a novel.
- the plot is related to the sea, mermaids, etc...
- both are love story based on merman and immortality
Totally recommended and plus i love the actor LI Yifeng

May becoz of the same content not exactly same but of kinda genre so just so so you know i am just writing not really serious.
They both have a cheating husband but in krachao seeda the female takes revenge. In mia 2018 they have a child together.
Both dramas have a ML who uses deception and manipulation and stalking etc to chase after his one true love with all the best intentions.
Both are romance, short and sexy. Both are relatively fluffy. Rinko has more love triangle, but less melodrama.
Adding this based on my original comment:
- Plots are a little similar, murder happens and they are stuck in a loop to solve the murder
- Similar structure, ~15 episodes, similar plot progression
- At its core, it's about empathy, with the time loop to facilitate character growth and better understandings amongst the characters/strangers at first
- As mentioned, there is slightly less romance in Reset
- Overall the drama are reminiscent of each other
- High rating on Douban ??, which is a much harsher audience than MDL

Both dramas have strong female leads that are a bit more on the rebellious side, whereas the male leads were a bit more rigid when it came to the rules & formalities. Both stories have the perfect balance of comedy, mystery, and romance. Both kdramas are period dramas set in the joseon dynasty, however moonshine focuses on events surrounding alcohol prohibition and rookie historian took a more wholistic approach regarding different topics. I highly recommend both shows, and if you're on the fence about either of these shows, just know they'll make you feel an array of the emotions because every aspect of the shows were beautiful.
Themes of rebirth, reincarnation and long-carrying revenge. Past mysteries. Found family trope. Urban fantasy.
The two dramas played around the timeline very well. Both are revolving around the time loop but Someday or one day focused more on romance while Reset focused more on the accident. Both male leads are attractive and cute.
