Male leads with opposite characteristics that complement each other.
Both shows have great chemistry between the male leads as well as being able to show a soft and gentle friendship that is more romance than bromance.
The acting choices feel a bit similar too.
Good storylines that are intriguing and related to politics, murder and corruption.
Great set designs and costumes.
'Till Death Tear Us Apart' has more interesting side characters but a shorter run time (and is better appreciated after watching 'Love is More Than a Word').
The storyline of 'Killer And Healer' is more fleshed out while being a bit more common.

Both families live in times of great change, and the pressures that come from those changes. Both strive to keep traditional family together, while embracing their future with open eyes. Both period pieces, in different eras. Family, being the one thing that connects them over time.

Season 2 with different theme. It's short & not too complicated story. If you like a short romance drama I recommend this drama.

Both are about revenge and set in school as far as the latest update about the glory, also its with veteran cast.

Both feature a guy dressed as an animal who is really being perceived as an animal in its universe but also has to function in human society.

Many differences but it tells the story of that person after his death.

Our Youth is, basically, a remake albeit with many differences. Anyway, I think Reply 1988 is much better
