Both fantasy dramas and both have Lee DongWook in. These dramas almost make you forget that beings such as nine tailed foxes and goblin are nothing more than stories.
Both tragic and intense love stories between Gods who are reincarnated and fall in love yet again. Both are melodramatic tales with an insight on what good and evil means, and that question how far a person (or a god) would go for the one they love.
Serial killers galore. Bishoku Tantei Akechi Goro is more of a dark comedy with lots of violence and blood combined with a quirky sense of humor, whereas Aku no Hado is pretty much just nail-bitingly intense. I like both of them for what they add to the genre, but for different reasons.
Both are crime dramas with a focus on psychology and motive. Aku no Hado gets the viewer inside the head of a serial killer while Strawberry Night Saga is from the perspective of a victim turned detective.
Both are crime dramas with the same male lead, although Kamenashi has more to do in Red Eyes, but the premise for Strawberry Night Saga is probably a little deeper overall. Both are decent additions to the crime genre.
Go in for a fast - paced, dramatic, humorous(Japanese humour) ride if you want sth short and sweet to binge watch
In Lucky Romance the fl is convinced she brings bad luck to people and wants to stay away from others/the people she cares about as a result.
In I'm not a Robot the ml believes he is allergic to people and has built his entire life around never touching another human being.
Though these are obviously different, I found the concepts similar and the general feeling when watching was also quite alike. Both romances are very cutesy and brings a smile to your face.

both start with the initial same genre, mob BL drama/movie
but then they take two different routes :
you want short the feel good, get off your screen happy and optimistic for the world then pick exhibit A. Long Time no See
If on the other hand you aren't afraid if investing more time and emotions and diving a little deeper into the pessimistic world, on the risk of heartache, Yet! still has an eventual satisfying ending , exhibit B. Moon Child ( Warning : Hyde and Gackt are your leads in this one)
Both with an amazingly high rewatchablity - I know I've been rewatching Moon Child sense I discovred it circa 10 years ago, and I still revisit it once a year
I may have just stumbled upon Long time no see, but it's an easy rewatch as well, if just to see those two look in each other's eyes and hold hands so cutely!! .. maybe I should save a gif of that as a phone background ;?

Different storylines, however the concept of stalking is very similar.
Midnight is about the FL being stalked by a serial killer, whereas, Door lock is about the FL believing that someone is trying to enter her house.

First, both are Chinese romance dramas that have main characters who are rescueing people (rescue team, doctors, and police). Second, both dramas have the same director, Zhang Tong, and the same art director/producer, Mao Wei Ning (check dramas cast/crew). I think people who likes Light Chaser Rescue will probably like You Are My Hero too.
Supernatural being male lead falls for human girl, similar vibe, cohabitation, fantasy, supernatural powers etc.

Both are short korean movies that are part of the same omnibus called "and so again today" and follow adult characters.
Light hearted romance, cheesy
The plots aren’t really similar but the mood that sets in while watching it is..
Fl fall’s in love with a robot
