These two go together naturally. I feel like you can't mention one without the other as they are similar in a lot of ways. Same screenwriter, same director, similar themes and tones regarding the troubles for our characters and certain obstacles they have to overcome. However there are some differences between the dramas. Obviously this is on opinion but the quality of one is more consistent from start to finish than the other. Characters regress in Something In The Rain towards the end whereas in One Spring Night, they improve and grow maturely. In some ways, One Spring Night is a better version of SITR with the backroom staff learning from errors that plauge the drama.

The main leads are different as well as a couple. Yoon Jin Ah and Seo Joon Hee (Something In The Rain) have an extensive history of friendship via a third party (an older sister/friend), so there was already a hidden connection when the meet again in the drama. Whereas Lee Jung In and Yoo Ji Ho was more instant attraction with the connection following afterwoods. Jung In and Ji Ho have a much more subtle love for each other. It's a lot more complicated as Jung In is in a relationship. And while she is no longer invested in it and wants to end it, she hasn't done the deed yet. While Jin Ah has broken up with her ex and it's her parents that are forcing the issue.

The main difference is young Eun-woo. The characters inclusion in One Spring Night is definitely what seperates the two dramas as SITR has a steamy relationship only hurt by petulant characters while One Spring Night is more nuanced and mature with more thoughtful problems and ways of dealing with the.

Both are worth watching.

The movie is an adaptation of the Series, which is honestly worth watching just because (1) the series is plain better and (2) Zhu Gu Shao played by the very handsome Vengo Gao, is so super, super cool.

Because of Comedy and both characters are similar. For Kohei Imamura and Shina Nishina are also Otakus while Kae Serinuma and Iori Kitahara was also perspective Main Character for myself. Well they both to be Best Matching in both Movies too.

Similarities:

They both have the idea of high school students being locked up somewhere before graduation. They both try to mainly discover the truth of a fellow student and reveal secrets about all the other classmates in order to find it.

Differences:

Re: mind - only 11 students and they are all girls. Focus more on the dead student. They stay in one room and the time period is around one day. Has a creepier/darker setting and mood.

Mr hiiragi’s homeroom - has the whole class and teacher (all genders). Slightly change the topic but still somewhat stay with the idea of the dead student. They stay within one floor of the school and stay there for about 10 days. Somewhat a lighter mood.

1st movie where Mario Maurer and Baifern Pimchanok worked, this also serves as their reunion project after it.

Taking care of mentally challenge family member is a challenge itself. Lifetime job. Takes lots of patient, love and consistency. Great acting on the autism casts.
