Very similar with both having a love triangle. However, “wolf girl and black prince” there isn’t cohabitation.
Same plot but “Two loves under one roof” contains a love triangle. It is also a kind of sequel to LDK, so watch that one first!
The plot centers around a rich boy who likes a poor girl and his three other friends. The friends in Rooftop Prince remind me a lot of the F4 in boys over flowers.
Both dramas deal with the publishing industry and how how older women are discovering their true talents in that world
-Both involve guy being in mafia
-Both involve Heroes who want to use heroine for revenge
-Both involve female leads father being tied up in some sort of scheme

You will love Gokusen series which is super old but a classic, filled with loads of comedy between a group of youngsters with mismatching personalities but lots of touching memorable moments too. Gotta say Japan does this friendship/comedy/youth genre the best. Watch Gokusen you won't regret it!
They actually have the same story and My First First Love may actually be the remake of Because It's The First Time!

- falling in love in different lives/memory frames.
- crown prince
- etc

Both have young adults fighting against some weird mysterious corporation that's into medical experiments.
Both dramas are about a relationship between a male student and a female teacher in a Japanese high school.
Same premise of someone fighting to save a child who has been taken, however in The Man From Nowhere it is his younger neighbor and not a younger sibling.
