Totally, these two have the same vibe. Combination of friendships, family, slice of life, and the right amount of romance put together. Youth vs Elderly. If you love Dear My Friends, you definitely can't miss Reply88, ever.
same actor (hayato ichihara)
same case, about solving a murder and suspecting every characters until it solved
same directing style, a flashback and a story behind it

same vibes and the story is about the male lade that was a secret agent.
In both dramas lead female character is quite unsexual (at the beggining) and is trying to find her womanhood with a help from a guy.
In 'Personal...' the lady is clumsy, soft and cute while in 'Witch...' the lady is cold, dark and arrogant.

This story also revolves about adults wanting to marry and not. You could say that the heroine of this story is the opposite of Totsuzen's Asuka.
If you enjoyed Totsuzen you will definitely like this one too!

Non-human beings learn what it means to be human and how they became "monsters". Franken no Koi has romance. Yokai Ningen Bem doesn't have any romance, and instead focuses on the relationships between family and friends.
Pe is the only son of the real estate businessman, he has got childhood traumas, He has a crush on a married Lady who works as an interior designer, she is married to gay guy.
they fell in love, she gets pregnant, she keeps it as a secret until the very last minute.

Both involves falling in love with rich spoiled men, getting pregnant and keeping it as a secret until the very end.
The Original. The Best. The ONLY. Nothing is superior to this version. Nothing.
The Kdrama (Boys of Over Flowers), the TWdrama (Meteor Garden), the Dizilier (Waiting for the Sun or Gunesin Kizlari) are copies of this version of Hana Yori Dango.
Yes, one and all. This version was so famous all over Asia it made it's way to Turkey; ie the Dizilier. Japan did that. Not Korea. Therefore, the manga and this Jdorama is something to take into consideration. It has two parts and a movie. One of the greatest and most successful manga-anime to live action Japan has made.
I came here for Zhang Han. Find out why you came here...it might be for the pairings or for Zhang or out of boredom. But if you've loved HYD...you might like this one. Personally, I'm only loyal to HYD.

These 2 dramas are similar in that it features a modern person who time-travelled to the past. Both have the modern person acting as the wife of a prince and the princes only begin to look at their wives differently after the switch. Only difference is that Go Princess Go features a man in a woman's body and The Eternal Love has 2 souls residing in the female lead's body. Lots of modern references makes the story fun and does not take itself too seriously.
Both dramas feature an aloof prince whose heart is slowly softened by the female lead. Both Sheng Yi Lun (Go Princess Go) and Xing Zhao Lin (The Eternal Love) pull off their roles very well.

Two stories are somewhat similar when you look at the relationships between the characters.
- Both male leads are outstanding doctors with little experience of fighting at the beginning
- Both female leads are the best disciples of a sect responsible to protect the world.
Fighter of Destiny, because its more extended, has more character growth and more arcs, but the feeling is the same.
