Modern times but traditional values still used. Might not be logical but when I was wounding why I liked this show besides the underdog plot.... I decided it was the traditions staying the same. This other drama popped right into my head as being the same style.

Both have an office setting and sort of the same feel in the relationship and characters.

Both are short, warm, and gentle BLs focused on food and the day to day life of the MLs.

Both are short BLs in which one of the MLs is socially withdrawn and likes to cook, and the other ML begins sharing his food and becoming part of his life.

Both have a ML with trauma/social anxiety who enjoys cooking and begins preparing food for the other ML who is drawn to his kind heart.

Both MLs are disabled and closed off from the world/love at the beginning of the drama, but the FLs open up their world. The FL's parent strongly disapproves of their relationship and the couple breaks up for a while, but eventually reunites and marries.

although both are set in different settings and time periods, they share a main protagonist who is exceptionally capable but morally ambiguous at the start - yet somehow becomes an unexpected hero for those around him because of coincidences and misunderstandings, which inspire him to straighten up and do more good.

They both involve the protagonist, a lawyer taking cases of those in need and don't have any other place to turn to. In both, there is finally a big picture connected with the protagonist and a villain.

In both dramas:
A group of righteous friends try to fight the "mafia" of the pugilist world.
Good vs Evil , Right against Wrong
Kindhearted people are trying to protect themselves and survive from the bloodthirsty greedy men.
Money seem to rule the world.
Epic fightscenes. Bad guys fight "with their brains" as well . They are smart, cunning and use several methods to take down the good guys (not just swords and fighting).
In this difficult situation love blooms into unexpected places.

~ both relationships started out as just sex nothing more
~ both include a FL who does a podcast (although the podcast element is much less significant in NS)
~ both include a ML who is a writer, and both write about sex
~ both include sex scenes but HtS was much more explicit with actual nudity that happened more often
~ both FLs has supportive best friends who helped them through relationship struggles
~ both the MLs fell in love faster & harder, while the FLs were more hesitant
~ both FLs were severely hurt by their exes
