Karnploo is an orphan that has been raised by an aunt who treats her like a servant. When her aunt wants money to continue her lavish lifestyle, she sells Karnploo to an older, wealthy man. Karnploo is unaware of her aunt's arrangement, and believes she is going there as a servant. The older man has a grown son, Nit, who misunderstands Karnploo and thinks she is his intended bride rather than his father's. He accuses Karn of selling herself and trying to cheat his family out of their fortunes. He treats her like a prostitute, even going so far as to rape her. When he discovers that Karnploo is actually his father's intended wife, he continues to mistreat her, hoping she will back out of the arrangement. She has no choice, however, as her aunt has forced her into the arranged marriage. After the wedding, she avoids consumating her relationship with Nit's father, but Nit is unaware of that and continues to believe she is someone who sleeps around with many men. A week after her marriage, Nit's father has a heart attack and passes away. Soon after, it is discovered Karnploo is pregnant. Nit is furious and both he and Karn continue their maliciousness and misunderstandings toward each other other. When their jealous exes and family comes to break them apart and swindel them out of their fortunes, will they learn to mend their ways or will their misunderstandings lead to greater tragedy for everyone involved? Reviews
rape is not romance.
The 'why not' scenario? Why not stop romanticizing rape in dramas in general? Stop airing abusive visuals to audiences as what romance looks like. Stop pairing victims of sexual assault with their abusers in relationships. That's rape culture.Likit Kammathep's sexual assault didn't drive this drama; it's what happened after. There are so many missed opportunities for a non-aggressive intimate moment in earlier episodes that could have replaced the rape. Likit Kammathep needn't have lost its core story, or its main couple in the end. But, common sense did not exist here either, and out of this entire village-missing-its-idiots. Repentance was sadly absent, and ignored too. Rape is not romance, and doesn't belong in the romance genre. Avoid.

Stop justifying crime
Such a bad plot , doesn't make any sense,he rapes her,he insults her ,he does everything what a real man would never do and here unlike others there is no repentance and no guilt at all and the female main lead is ok with everything which no women would never be.what are trying to show ?rape is a crime and he should be legally punished we are in times where discussions are going on for penalizing marital rapes and they are showing such things which are a very bad influence if can't give a good message atleast stop defending and justifying crimes if someone does something to a girl its solely his mistake no need to blame anyone else
