Addicting!
It's been a while that I've been so hooked on a kdrama as I was on Pinnochio. It has everything you might need good actors, good storyline, nice music and interesting plot. There was a bit more preaching than I would like there to be and as per usual there were quite a few of the kdrama cliches but they were handled rather well.
I loved both Park Shinhye and Lee Jongsuk here but I think their chemistry was a bit lacking, they felt more like good friends rather than lovers, but this could be said to be due to their characters circumstances.
What I loved the most were complex family relations and respect the characters had both for themselves and for the ones they loved. There was a fair bit of drama stemming from lies but it was a good kind of drama, the FML refreshing honesty set the tone for the whole show and did not allow for the usual miscommunication issues between the leads, which I found to be a breath of fresh air amongst all the other kdramas.
I very much recommend the drama for everyone, but especially for Park Shinhye haters - she's cute here, her character is lovable and she adds great value to the character and whole show with her acting. And I dare anyone to complain about the kissing - both leads do a good job at it!

I see countless positive reviews out there and to an extent i too agree with majority of them but no matter from what angle i see through the plot of the story seems too hyped up to me The only reason i was able to enjoy this drama to its fullest was because of the amazing cast who brought life to scenes which otherwise would have been bland, the character dynamic and the plot thickening was all fantastic. Even though in the end my heart was not full and satisfied, i still left with a lot of good memories and had a great time.
Once in a while there comes a drama which makes me think and appreciate life, There were some great lessons which were told to you or rather punched you in your face making me gloss through.
It was more of a character driven drama in my opinion rather than a plot driven. as the limelight were the complex relations of the characters with one another
Honestly i was bored seeing that they covered only news which were related to one others family members being the culprit it was disheartening
All in all the story itself is something that is not extra ordinary but the people associated with it are which indirectly makes this a must watch drama
Note- please excuse me if you think this was rude i have no intention of making it so.

Probably the best series for LJS and second best for PSH after you’re beautiful.
Characters are funny and adorable.
There’s really no evil second lead or wavering leads, they were pretty solid in who they liked.
The grandpa and dad of in ha are hilarious they make it so much better.
Kind of slow at times but overall pace is great along with acting.
I didn’t like how dal po in a way blamed in ha for her mother’s wrongdoings like bruh really that’s just too much.
Anyways I still love my fav otp darling couple. 10/10

O elenco é simplesmente incrível! Cara...
Escolheram perfeitamente o elenco. E por isso, mais uma vez dizendo... Pinocchio deixará muitas saudades <33

It was so good.
I love Park Shin Hye and Lee Jong Suk and I'm so proud, that they were in the same k-drama.
They acted well, the script was well written. PSH irritated me sometimes, but I love both of them so so so much. (ops, I'm repeating myself haha) I hope that I will see them again as a couple! Who knows, maybe they will be together in reality? I hope so! Drama is worth watching. ~!

I was addicted since episode two, I watched the whole drama in two days because I couldn't stop. Plus, I like how they didn't focus only on In Ha and Deal Po/Myeong relationship, even if they were main characters and all ( one of the best couple on dramas that I've ever seen ) but also in family boundaries. How the love of a son can be strong and how the brothers loved each other unconditionally. it was really beautiful. And funny. And so so romantic. I highly think everyone should watch this drama!

The story is about some people who come from different backrounds and end up being reporters. During this process they learn about each other's past and also how reporters work and how they can twist the truth. In the end it seems that all the people in the story are connected in a way because of a crime that happened.
I loved the story a lot, it had a bit of a slow start though, so I was a bit unsure to even continue watching this drama. As I give new series I watch always 3-4 episodes until I decide to drop them, Pinocchio didn't disappoint me in the end.
The characters were really well portraited by the actors, there were twist and turns you couldn't forsee and it was a really bumpy ride for my feelings xD
I liked the development of the main characters and their strentgh they showed in the drama. Also I could really connect to everyone of them because you start seeing their background very early on, so you didn't have the feeling you had to catch up on something.
Also this drama sends out a really important message to actually everyone on this planet - and that is that reporting and the news are sometimes not what they seem and that we have to question a lot of things and think about them before believing it. I really liked that aspect as you can see how the people in the drama show how much suffering lies can envoke.
I would probably would watch it again for fun some time because I really like the characters.
