Takagi Mamoru (Abe Sadao) is a bachelor around 40 who works at a stationery maker. He becomes a surrogate father to the twins, Kaoru (Ashida Mana) and Yuki (Suzuki Fuku), when his good friend passes away. Now orphans, the level-headed, cheerful Kaoru and her younger brother brace themselves and begin a new life with Mamoru. The family has a secret, which is the miniature Schnauzer, Mook, that the twins had picked up one day. Mook speaks human language! While he tenderly watches over the young twins and is their hero, he is at times harsh to Mamoru who makes an unreliable guardian. At other times, he encourages and even moralises. When Mook first started to talk, Mamoru suspected that it was his own mental state. He grows to accept Mook's presence as the one that brings the family together. I honestly can't think of any way they could improve this drama. The story was heartwarming and creative with a little bit of suspense mixed in. It's both funny and sad. All the actors did a phenomenal job. The 6 year old "twins" were adorable and talented.

I enjoyed this drama from the first episode and was a complete fan by the 6th or 7th. This is a must watch for people who enjoy family dramas. If you are more interested in romance and idols, then you may not enjoy it.

this drama full with cuteness and heartwarming and make me learn about family more. you can see 3 main cast with great acting, first Ashida Mana who's act as older twin with strong personality outside but so weak inside after that Suzuki Fuku who's act as younger twin who's cute and quite childish but so pure in his heart, and don't forget amazing Abe Sadao.
