Cheating wife Eun dong
I watched My Love Eun Dong expecting a tragic romance, but what I saw felt deeply one-sided and morally unfair. The story tries to sell Eun-dong and Ji Eun-ho’s affair as “fated love,” yet in reality, it glorifies emotional cheating. From the very beginning, Eun-dong was already involved with another man — the one who later became her husband — but still carried on with her past lover in secret. After the accident, her husband lost his ability to walk because he tried to save her, while she lost her memory. Instead of exploring his sacrifice or pain, the drama turns him into a convenient villain so the audience can root for the “true lovers.” That felt wrong. No one in the story seems to care about the disabled husband’s suffering; his existence is reduced to an obstacle. The show romanticizes betrayal and rewrites responsibility as “destiny,” leaving a bitter taste for anyone who values loyalty and emotional honestyWas this review helpful to you?

An absolute riot of tropes
My Love Eun Dong epitomizes everything that makes kdramas a unique art form. It is simultaneously hilariously eye-rolling and warmly engaging. It is an absolute riot of tropes: Fated love, rich boy/poor girl, amnesia, insane coincidences, and a love triangle are all there. Scenes are filled with piggyback rides and wrist grabs, shared umbrellas, bullying and bitch slaps. Everyone will know from the very first episode how it all will end, but the journey is enjoyable nonetheless. None of the villains seem too unbeatable and none of the obstacles feel completely insurmountable. It is impossible not to pull for the two star-crossed lovers. The title “My Love Eun Dong” is a phrase that appears several times in the second half, and it is a touching sentiment. This isn’t a great drama by any means, but I really liked it for what it is.Was this review helpful to you?
rewatch value a 10 of 10
I am always so blessed by rewatching this sweet drama! The current trend of death , split relationships and sad endings is not my cup of tea. While this does have its fair amount of drama and tense situations, they are balanced with moments that keep them from being overwhelming. I truly wish K-Drama would get back to the basics. The back and forth pulling between the FL and the two male leads in this keeps things interesting, while there is a clear good guy versus bad guy. This is well rounded with the other characters and story lines as well. I appreciate the actors and I will forever be a fan of Ju Jin Mo.tags ~ Childhood love, first love, lost love, parental abuse, kidnapping, doctors, famous celebrity, amnesia, stolen romance, lying parents, poverty, true love, romance, spousal abuse, trapped FL, breakout of trapped situation, sports, comedy, suspense, adultery, flash backs , faithful partner, scheming second female , scheming second male, skinship

——————————————————-Was this review helpful to you?

Rescato las buenas actuaciones, pero hubieron muchas cosas en la historia del drama que no me cuadraron nunca.
Well, they recommended me this drama a lot, they told me it was beautiful, it was fantastic, that beautiful story, however, the first years were adorable and yes, their love story is very pretty, I do not deny it, but Then things came to light, where they made me ask seriously: Are there such men? Can a man be in love for 20 years with a woman who only sees for less than a year, every 10 years? .. or I'm too realistic, not romantic or that, but that seems absurd.
Rescue the good performances, but there were many things in the history of the drama that never fit me.
