Korean Connection (1990)

In the Tehran Avenue in Seoul, a car hits a couple running a food court on the street and runs away. Detective Hwang Dong Soo is determined to track them down through cooperation with a rookie, Oh. They manage to find out that the car belonged to a drug dealing organization but this progress comes with a price of them killing detective Oh. The police headquarters, on the other hand, is concerned about detective Hwang's temper, takes him off the case and partner him up with a female detective, Lee Mi Ok, for an abduction case.
