both have the same director and are character driven

both movies are sad, beautiful, and a little weird. The main female characters in both films are trapped and the ending to each of these movies is open to interpretation.

Both movie has the silence. Kind of an art. Acting without sound or words. Purely base on body languages and facial expression. Movie is an art

The main lead lives in stranger people's houses when they are gone and meets a woman. This is the only similarity between the two but it's too specific and similar not to mention

Both films are similar in subtext although very different otherwise. However, both films are very silent. In Daisy the main character can't speak for the bigger part of the film and in 3-iron there are no spoken lines before the very end. However, both films have excellent cinematography and artistic film-making, making them both very interesting to watch.

Remind me of Kobayashi Katsuya, Sato Yuki & Nishihara Aki drama Shiro to Kuro....& still 1 of my favorite drama....If you like this genre this is a must watch drama/movie. Sato Yuki always adorable since Kamen Kabuto days.

Both films have very little dialogue, still the chemistry between the leads is there and the stories are touching.

It is about an affair between an attractive thirty-two-year-old woman and a youth just short of legal majority. Interlaced with explicit scenes of love making, the movie watches the two lovers trying to come to grips with their mutual attraction, sexuality and societal disapproval.

Both are silent movie. Great acting didn’t need words. Audience could sense the story from their silent expression. Both involve plot, humanity, love, slice of life.
