A collection of writers/directors for a collection of diversely told diverse stories.

Some of the stories were really touching, others (namely the second one) were quite cringe. As all of these tales are being told under an overarching storyline of a radio host reading stories submitted by listeners, each of the stories consist of a different style (which is aided along by the real-world fact that each of these stories had a different director/screenwriter). This diversity of storytelling styles really lends well to the overarching story. And I think all viewers will find stories that they both either liked or disliked featured in this omnibus.

These tales are filled with the pain of not-meant-to-be's, self-sacrifice, and missed opportunities. There's a diversity of characters and a diversity of reasons their love was left unrequited, and even unconfessed in some.

It was overall a good watch. It had a clear tone and mood. The acting was well-done. And I love omnibus/anthology stories, especially when there is an overarching storyline connecting everything (as opposed to only linked by theme). The music was mostly ambient/classical style, but lent well to the tones of the scenes when noticed. Nothing particularly blew me away though, and I doubt that the majority of the film will prove to be a lasting sort of memorable.

*Note: at the time of this review, the order of the stories listed in the description is different than the order presented in the movie itself.

I have been waiting for subs for this movie for 3 years or so.

What I liked and hate about the movie is how open ended the stories ended but it's what made the movie more realistic. As a viewer though you can't help but think what happened next? I guess it's part of the charm of the movie since it revolved around a DJ reading srories sent by their listeners.

Overall this movie tells you that unrequited love or one sided love affairs in real life never has a happy ending. So eventually you have to learn to move on and let go.

UGHHHH....

I know this about Unrequited Love, but still not hoping to have these kinda trail in my heart & mind.

WARNING!!! I'll gonna write some spoiler, so if you don't wanna know just skip reading my review then.

This movie about many UNFINISHED unrequited Love. Just like bitchyleila wrote: 'Overall this movie tells you that unrequited love or one sided love affairs in real life never has a happy ending'. Yeah I must agree, many of our unrequited Love still remain unfinished until the end. But my biggest turn off is the story here not necessary need to be unfinished. Many of the story can have finished story to tell us, but they decided to close it with open ending. That's what pissed me off.

From all the story here, the finished one is only the 4th story and maybe the 1st story, the other is UNFINISHED story. Really hope that this is a drama instead just movie. So we can have longer duration to tell the story until it finished. Or maybe have less story to tell, so they can use the duration to at least finished the story...
