It take me a long time before I started watching this drama but when I started it... I was hooked from episode 1 and finished it straight up to episode 20 in 2 days.... Every episode keeps you hanging and makes you watch the next episode. Dr. Yoon Ji Yoon was acted well and all the other actors were equally great... The 20 episodes were all worth watching and the final episode wraps it all up... If you're into medical and police stories, this is a must watch drama.. though as a warning this is regarding forensics so expect to see lots of dead bodies and autopsies... Overall, this drama is one of the best that I've seen....

After liking DtrX, Ten1&2 I wanted a compelling story and stumbled onto this show - thank goodness! The storyline is like an understated wine, dense, tense, hint of romance, some rough tones, overall solid. The story is about doing the right thing-cost something, sadlycoled with if you are willing to give up your integrity, conscience, and skills for power you will pay more!. The two leads have good chemistry, tense & complicated. The music fits well, timed perfectly and portrays the darkness happening. Lots of bodies, good detection, lots of cutting. If you like a TV show w a medical tone, detective - investigative taste & heavy corruption of a vital government org taste complicated w an undertone of romance-give this a try, I'm sure you'll keep filling your glass.

1. its look like CSI but its not, plot progress fast with lots of thrills and twist.
2. scenarios are energetic..
3. almost zero romance
4. casting is not awesome and also no eyecandy to peep on... but i think they act atleast above average

Hands down Sign is one of the best tv shows I've seen from any country including the US. It's definitely the best Korean drama I've seen. I don't desire or need romance in everything I watch. It's fine in it's place like romcoms or melodramas, but not everything needs some deep romance. Sign has virtually no romance. It's the mystery/detective/thriller type not unlike old shows like Quincy or, more recently, Crossing Jordan where the medical examiner oversteps his/her bounds to get to the truth. Also like Crossing Jordan, Sign's lead has personal demons. Each episode has a new case, but there is a running theme and an old case from episode one. The cast led by Park Shin Yang is very good. Typically, I have a problem with Korean writing and production values, but not this time. Everything was on point. The writing made me a fan of the wife/husband team of Kim Eun Hee and Jang Hang Joen, who co-directed. Rarely, am I ever surprised or stumped. Sign did both. For anyone who is into detectives and mysteries, Sign is a MUST.

Rewatching this over and over again

One of the best but underrated Korean crime drama and the very first Korean drama that convince me to watch crime dramas. I absolutely love it!

The storyline is solid with almost zero romance scene which makes it more valuable and warm.
The thrill and twists of it keep me at the edge of my seats from the beginning to end.

The actor and actress are not your usual eye-candy but they pull it off pretty well. They portrayed the seriousness of the situation they are in without failing to show their love towards each other by cutting the cheesiness.

Come prepared for the reality portrayed at its best. It truly shows the cost for a justice when the injustice is too strong. Won’t be disappointed at all.
