Once taken her job because of her appearance, a confident and enthusiastic woman, Hyo-jung (Eugene) visits a mysterious yoga institute run by an ex-actress where her radically changed friend told her to go. At the intensive 7 day training course, a young yoga master, Nani (Cha Su-Yeon) explains to Hyo-jung and four other girls that only one person who masters the course most successfully can get the secret of ultimate and immortal beauty.

There are five rules for them to follow during the one week course:
1. No contact with the outside world.
2. No unauthorized consumption of food.
3. No showers or baths within one hour after training sessions.
4. No mirrors.
5. No disclosure of the events within this academy to the outside world.

As the training goes on, girls get tempted to break the rules and Hyo-jung starts to sense there is something strange about this institute and an actress who doesn't get old...

Oh man, this movie is so ridiculous. I think the premise and the origin story of the yoga institute founder (which gets revealed in pieces throughout the film) could be sort of interesting, but it's all done in such a hammy way that it's more funny than scary. Most everything that happens in the second half of the film is totally confusing - not to be confused with oblique or mysterious, just sloppy and confusing. What does the confusing ending mean? It means that the writers got lazy!
