The Flame's Daughter (2018)

Both dramas feature a villain that was obsessed with his lover and became crazed when she died. Both female leads look exactly like the deceased woman, but in The Flame’s Daughter it is because the FL is the woman’s daughter while in Cruel Romance the resemblance is pure coincidence. Both villains are convinced that they can turn the FL into their deceased lover. And both villains are handsome and devilish.

Similar genre, fights between different sects. Related to WuXia, romance, friendships, jealousy, revenge ...etc.

The Flame's Daughter and Eternal Love (TMOPB) give off the same vibes. Both are fantasy dramas with elements of romance. In TMOPB almost all cast are immortals and in Flame's Daughter, Yin Xue is Immortal. They both have evil tribes fighting for power. All the supporting cast of TMOPB are there in Flame's Daughter. So, feeling a bit nostalgic? Go ahead and watch this new series.

In both of the stories the ML waited for FL's reincarnation to love and protect them for a lifetime.

5- both are fantasy based stories.

Had very similar storyline and same genre Wu Xia, love & romance, vengeance & grace, and also had a small part related to The Flame's Daughter especially about the NanJiang's PiLiMen Lei Jia and their exclusive secret recipe of making firearm weapons.

Both worlds...
- Have very OP male leads
- Male leads are elusive, cunning, wears white all the time, elegant, and lone wolves
- Are ruled by martial arts
- Female leads fall for the male supporting character first
- Male lead have undying love and devotion for the female lead

The general synopsis is quite similar, but I know they are very different shows. Both are Chinese historical dramas, where ml is immortal and he has been known/watching fl since the past lives.

- You guessed it, ANOTHER drama with your two favorite actors. (Zhang Vin and Dilraba Dilmurat, who honestly probably go to these castings together at this point.)

- Historical (ish?), dash of martial arts, power struggles, and love.

- You'll probably also suffer like you did with The King's Woman at the end.
