This show is just like a wish come true. After watching Shawn Dou in princess agents and Tiffany Tang in Weiyoung, I really wished to see them together in a show as the main couple with happy ending .Plot: In short the story is about SJ, a wife and a would be mother. After the accident SJ wakes up and realise that, she was transported 10 years back in the past. Now she tries her best to save her family and friends from the bad fate which awaits them, along with it she tries her best to win her husband “YJC” back with a hope that after uniting with YJC everything will go back to its original place. This drama is very simple not much complicated one and I really love the chemistry between Shawn and Tiffany all of their memories were so adorable but I also liked Tiffany’s chemistry with Yang Shou.
Characters:
SJ : I really love her character, she is cute, intelligent and a supportive person moreover her undying love for YJC. After her transportation into the past, she tries her best to find YJC but she also remember that currently he is in a relationship with SXJ. Without thinking much she found YJC and did her best to stay by his side for 2 reasons, first is her hope to get everything back to its original place and secondly she wanted to be a part of YJC’s struggling period bcoz in future SJ mets YJC when he was already well settled in his career. Therefore, what she was doing was not weird for her bcoz he is her husband, they have a lot of memories together including her pregnancy. She is not a stalker or an obsessed person, she just wants her love and husband back the way it was including her pregnancy.
Stalking means u keep all record of someone’s daily life and obsession is where if u don’t get the person u love, you would either try to destroy them or kill them, which SXJ did. After YJC broke up with SXJ bcoz of her controlling nature, she ruined YJC’ future and career to make YJC realise that without her family name his talent will not be acknowledged by anyone neither he will be able get any position on his own.
I agree that at some point I felt that SJ should let the time arrange everything but every time she tries her best to stay way from YJC, fate brings them together which gives her the sign that they are fated and she can’t give up. SJ is such a generous person❤️????..... since SJ was fully aware of what’s gonna happen in the future, SJ tries her best to prevent such things from occurring even though she was criticised for it but she still helped them which resulted in change of their fate specially her mom and wenwen’s fate. I know u can’t tell someone to restrain them self becoz of the future they r not aware of but there is also a saying that “prevention is better than cure“, so she was not totally wrong to make sure that they don’t face the same painful fate. But the only thing annoyed me is when SJ was giving hopes to YJC on the basis of his future, that was totally wrong u can’t tell someone to believe that he/she will have a good career but do nothing for it just let the time do it.
After YJC dies, I really don’t mind her moving on with YP. YP is a good person and he loves SJ unconditionally, also he is the one YJC trust’s completely. Honestly in the end she did some crazy things just bcoz she believed that it will take her back to the future and YJC, which is very lame. SJ wanted her mom to have a new life but she didn’t want the same for herself why ? Sometimes when u didn’t get the happiness u wanted, try giving happiness to others and may be, u will be able to live happily again.
YJC: He is such a dedicated guy but it was a bad fate that he met SXJ first instead of SJ otherwise the struggle and embarrassment he faced even after being so talented won’t be there just bcoz he broke up with SXJ. Even after YJC career was destroyed, he did everything he could for SJ to support her mom’s surgeries. But instead of being cured it got spread, SJ wants best treatment for mom which can only be done in England but YJC doesn’t have the financial stability to support her but YP has, he was left with no choice but to gave up on her so she can take YP’s help in getting the best treatment for her mom. YJC also knows that YP’s love for SJ, he wanted SJ to get a good life unlike him. I really cried seeing YJC, he wants to be with her but the condition he is in, he can’t help her so the only thing he can do is to let her go to YP , who can give her the best.????????
YJC and YP doesn’t have any difference when it comes to loving SJ and talent but the only thing different is their status.
YP: I really love his character as YP and the way he loves SJ without expecting anything in return is just amazing. I really loved that scene when SJ came and told him that, taking his help makes her feel like she is using him and YP replied that he wants to be used by her. YP has the power and status, further he is very smart to not be fooled by anyone specially his uncle “YQ”. Honestly I knew it’s not possible between YP and SJ bcoz SJ was someone’s wife, from the beginning their was no chance for him except in the end when YJC dies. The only time I really felt very sad is when it was shown that he remembers everything that’s was cruel..???? but I don’t understand how did that happened? Bcoz I thought in the future YP won’t remember anything, for him it will be like nothing happened.
We know that in reality she is not TIME TRAVELLING ????, but I don’t mind bcoz if it’s about time travelling then it won’t be different. The only thing is, if they wanted her to wake up it would have been so much better to show that she was in flight with YP for some other reason then they met with the accident and she realise it’s similar to the one she had faced then she helps YP and wakes up, she realise that everything is back to it’s original place while YP doesn’t remember anything at all.
Really satisfied with the drama and it’s ending. All the cast did an amazing job in portraying their characters.
Acting Skill: Tiffany Tang , Shawn Dou and Yang Shou, no need to say they all are splendid actors.
Rewatch Value: definitely yes, in future

Inf you want a short review, I thought this drama was absolutely mind-blowing and so much creative thought was put into it. If you want a long review...then please continue reading:WARNINGS: (*DO NOT READ THIS IF YOU DO NOT WANT MAJOR SPOILERS*)
WARNINGS: For the sake of keeping this as short as possible, I actually DID NOT talk about Ye Jia Cheng in this review)
So the first thing I want to say is this drama WAS ABSOLUTELY MIND-BLOWING. Here's why:
The beginning captured me, yes, but the end was absolutely fascinating. The whole drama was centered around the idea that the main female lead had traveled to the past through the incidence of an airplane's turbulence. The man sitting next to her on the airplane had protected her in that situation, and regardless if it was fate or not, it definitely led to their lives becoming intertwined. Through so many more situations in the plot, the main female lead is so heartbroken she decides to once again get onto the plane again because she wants to travel back to the past AGAIN. Even if she dies, it would be better than living a life in misery. The man decides to get onto the airplane with her, not knowing that he had also previously been on this plane in the past. After the airplane sets off, the female lead does admit that this has all happened before, and perhaps it's fate. However, this time, the female lead is the one who protects the man on the plane. (I'm excellent at being bad at explaining plots, I apologize for this but please continue reading.) ONCE THIS ALL ENDS, the female lead wakes up in a hospital. She realizes that this is the "future" (it's more like the present) when she had first gone through the first plane turbulence. Apparently, the entire drama had been a dream she had while she was in a coma. HOWEVER, when she exits the hospital, she sees the man, and the man has flashbacks of the entire drama. SO, was everything actually just a dream? NO, I DON'T THINK THAT'S IT. I believe she really traveled to the past, went on the SECOND plane ride, and went to another "future", "past", "present", or even another dimension (??) where life continues on as her first life, and the wish to travel back by getting on the second plane ride was fulfilled.
Other ideas I realized (that were mind-blowing FOR ME):
-the man and the female lead previously talked about the idea of whether wishing for something would really make it come true (this helped me realize that she indeed did wish to travel back to the "future" and it came true)
-This honestly might not have any meaning, but the native name of this drama is "Shi Jian Dou Zi Dao". Based on what I've learned in Chinese, it means "Time also Knows." However, the main female lead's name is Shi Jian (but using a different pinyin from what "time" uses). So does the title actually mean "Time also Knows" or "The Main Female Lead also Knows"? Of course, my Mando isn't that good so I'm not sure if this means anything or if I'm right. I just thought that this was super mind-blowing.
-Yi Pei: I feel like he wasn't selfish and selfish at the same time. It's as if he loved the main female lead so much, but he didn't understand how to approach love because he's never felt that kind of romantic feeling towards someone before, that his love was so pure. (Regardless of how I've seen his dark side towards approaching love I believe it was all out of pure, utterly innocent love.)
-At the end of the drama, I feel like the two of them silently agreed in their hearts that both of them had remembered the "dream" and had experienced it. And yet there are so many layers or details to it that I also feel not only did they both silently agree to that in their hearts, both of them also aren't even sure if the other person remembers.

I wasn't going to review this, but after completing it I find that I do want to try to say something about it. I quite liked it in the beginning because all I wanted was to watch a modern, somewhat emotional drama with some actor that I like. I adore Yang Shuo so I just wanted to try this one. I soon found that this drama was very annoying, because it is obvious already in the first episode that this is a dream (or alternate reality perhaps, but not actual time travel) so for that matter we can all assume how it will end.
In the meantime, in her dream, Shi Jian believes it is real. We know it's not, so after some time, her concerns to make time "get back on track", actually it's not important. Because she's actually in a parallell existance!! She doesn't know, so the whole drama is about two things mainly: making sure her mother gets reated for cancer, and getting back together with Jiacheng.
In the real world, the two of them met when he was an established architect and he was single. In her dream it is ten years earlier, he is fresh out of college, and he has a girlfriend (the typical kind of "Evil" second FL). Another user has already described in their review what is so problematic with Shi Jian's actions.
The thing that really stands out in this drama is Yang Shuo's character Yi Pei. He's acting very well (he smiles a lot less than in other dramas, but when he does, oh wow) and Yi Pei is a truly wonderful man. So kind, so smart, even though people call him "cold" in the first half of the drama. If you have never had "second lead syndrome" before, you will feel that way now (only the second time for me, but I hear SLS is a thing for a lot of people). His storyline is sad (though *spoiler* not quite as sad as I feared, and his last scene is just as bittersweet as it is confusing. WHAT just happened there? I'm not even sure I want to know. Bittersweet to say the least! *end spoiler*).
When it comes to all the supporting characters in the drama, I liked them most of the time. Wenwen was a bit annoying at times but she was nice too. Jiacheng was a rather typical male lead and I didn't always like him. As for the main character, Shi Jian, I had a hard time warming up to her (I thought her voice was childish and she smiled too much).
Overall, I found this drama to be pointless and stupid BUT oddly addictive and easy to watch. Yi Pei's struggle was real and I have to admit, if it weren't for him, I most likely would have dropped this drama early on. Now I'm still kind of glad I watched it though.
If you think this review is confusing, well, I'm really confused too as to why this story was even written. Everything that happened could be said to make some kind of sense for a drama, but I really thought only schoolkids (I did it when I was in like grade 8) wrote stories that ended "and then she woke up and to her relief, it was just a dream!"

The only reason why I rated this an 8 is because of the music. I won't say which songs were off-key. There were two songs that the vocalist was off-key and made the song off! The storyline was great! The cast did an awesome job. Thanking the writers and everyone else who did their part.

Excessive Flashbacks
The premise of the story is interesting and it starred Shawn Dou and Yang Shuo, so I decided to watch it. The first episode was good, however the FL starts to annoy me a few episodes in. I persisted because i wanted to see how it ends and i’m not the kind who skipped and just watch the last episode. Middle towards the end gets really weird in my opinion. I also think the flashbacks are excessive and repetitive. I hate those. A few are okay, but if you have to see the same ones multiple times, you start to get annoyed and bored. Hello… we know what he or she is thinking already, so stop it with the flashbacks! Finally finished this series. Rewatch value for me is 0. I won’t put myself through the same torture of watching those repetitive flashbacks, no matter how handsome Shawn Dou and Yang Shuo are in this drama ?Was this review helpful to you?

Beautiful story, fluffy moments, with a wonderful ending
Spoilers, be careful.English is not my native language, so please, apologize me.
I really loved the story, even if I shave skipped some parts. I often find chinese drama too long , I prefer short shows with less than 25 episodes. Besides, as I am highly sensitive, i avoid parts with conflicts that are clearly fillers caused by stupid misunderstandings. Anyway, I watched most os it and I was literally in love for the two male leads.
ML was sweet, intelligent and handsome. I was mad with him during their rupture in the middle part, but this happened because this drama shows the best Second Male Lead ever seen. He was also handsome and we cannot be indifferent to his unconditional love. His moments with FL were so beautiful ! Oh, this drama should have a sequel in which 2ML have a happy ending with FL. Anyway the incredible ending for the main couple is unforgettable for me, I shall not describe it because you might melt in your armchair while watching the final surprise.
Just be prepared to cry in the lasts episodes, but it is ok since we have later on the expected happy ending.
I enjoyed the music and the images. I could rewatch some day, but I had never rewatched a drama until now.

good story, very bingeworthy
Shi Jian (homonymous with "time") revisits 10 years into her past while in a coma from a serious accident, in a set up similar to another drama, Legally Romance (a show I enjoyed very much), although this drama has a more serious tone.At first I felt the FL was rather annoying & I was trying to decide whether to drop the show after the first 5 episodes, but the story then became an interesting exploration of how things happen & when, & how much control does one really have over fate. Realizing she has a 2nd chance, ShiJian initially tries to force desired outcomes while preventing undesired ones, Not until an epiphanal moment with her best friend does she learn that outcomes, in terms of the choices people make, are a result of the experiences they went through which influence any particular moment. The FL became a more sympathetic character as the story progressed. Unfortunately for ShiJian, the changes she makes to try to improve her future life ultimately sets in motion an absolute catastrophe.
I saw Tiffany Tang & Shawn Dou as main leads in the Legend of Xiao Chuo and was curious to see them again as the leads in a modern drama. They work well together and maintain the same chemistry in both genres. See You Again is a captivating story in spite of the well worn time-travel-while-in-a-coma setting but, as mentioned, the process to that known outcome is what's important. The story telling made this drama bingeworthy.

No words to tell about this story. I tried to found good words to tell about this story but i can't find the words. Really thanks to director ideas its different story. Each and every cast starring is amazing. Especially the company director yi pe action really awesome. Really great thought if incase god gave us a chance to know our future what happend that is terrible life to each and every. why means we saw in this drama how she faced all consequences. so we really want to said thanks to our god why mean we don't know our.Was this review helpful to you?
Another ALL TIME favorite!!!
I am going around and trying to find these old dramas that I fell in love with and started to write reviews about them! I watched this drama for at least 3 times... I love the heartache this drama brings... feel alive to me!! very unforgettable! I cried quite a bit with every heartache she experienced when she went back to the past... The message that I got from the story was... no matter how hard you want something to happen, you will still need to wait for the right time to ask and to act on it... When the moment is not right, you just have to accept the disappointment. There were lots of life lessons that I enjoyed reflecting on... As much as I LOVE the first male lead, I also fell in love with the second male lead... it was touching in the end how the 2nd ML would do anything for her... It was a very FUN watch! Enjoy! Was this review helpful to you?
I enjoyed but put my mind into it ,at the end I found it is senseless story
I liked the story the way it was started . I really not understand after watching whole drama that she really went into the past or she just had a dream because at the end of the drama the second male lead too realized something . Second thing if she went into the past then what was the purpose of her because she had a wonderful life with her husband . Though she went into the past but nothing had changed only she saved her ex-boyfriend's life from getting destroyed but in her present had already shown that he released from jail after spending 10 years of punishment. So why she went to the past . Third thing before she had an accident she was pregnant . Then she had in coma for four months then how she delivered the baby . Then it must be a premature delivery but still... Logic... When she came to know that she is pregnant she must be three months pregnant and when she woked at that she must be 7months pregnant but she delivered baby when she was unconscious so 7 month delivered baby would be so small and her baby looked like it was 1 month old .
I liked the story but I started putting logics to it.
That decreased the fun.
Acting was good as well actors.
All I can say watch it . It was not about recommendation but who likes lovestory can go for it.

First episode, great. I get the plot. Going back a little in time through a dreadful plane crash, fun. Oh noes, your man is with another girl? How’d that happen? What are we going to do about it? How do we go about asserting ourselves in this alternate time frame? Well. This is where it gets cringy. Apparently this involves creepy stalking your man- who isn’t currently your man- showing up where you know he’s going to be, inviting him out on dates, sending him strange late night texts, and (imo justifiably) triggering his current girlfriend. Who you tried to befriend as well. Ok maybe his girlfriend is a total brat sometimes. It doesn’t matter. You don’t have a right to him anymore. He asks you very sweetly and politely to stop creepy stalking him cuz it triggers his gf. You say “oh she just didn’t understand”. Um, yeah she did. (Facepalm.) This actually had me recoiling in my chair, wincing, and berating her through the tv like a fool.
At this point I’m really trying to hold out and start liking this show. I’m gritting my teeth and hoping that it works its way around to not freaking me out. I mean, I get missing the guy, he’s totally cute and is a bone deep good person in this. I’d miss him too. But at this point, I watch his poor girlfriend seeing them together from afar and my heart just hurts for anyone in her position. Maybe I missed something? I doubt it. I love the flashbacks, even if it still doesn’t justify the stalking to me. Her friend with the glasses is great. Her mom is great. I’m wondering if I’m a horrible person for not liking this girl right now. Oh wait, she just stole her friend’s job. Maybe I’m not.
I can’t even go into all the times she comes across as a self absorbed lunatic. I can tell that they’re trying to make me feel for her, but I am just so, so not. I’m struggling, and it’s making me frustrated. Am I really supposed to like her? Maybe everyone will have a personality lobotomy, except for Shawn’s Ye JiaCheng. So I hang on longer. I keep wanting to yell at her like her friend eventually does and I wonder why, if she read all those time travel books, she has never heard about the butterfly effect. But judging from her actions I doubt she’d care as long as she gets what she wants. Yikes. I’m past thinking if I might be a horrible person and I'm considering that I may be a masochist now. The seemingly endless circle of crazed hope and crushing letdown is making me wonder if i I should start day drinking. So far all this show had done is make me wonder about myself and give me a low grade craving for fish and dumplings. This is my day off, dangit, and now I'm upset.
Finally there is an epiphany. Maybe. Maybe.... things will turn less psychotic? I hang on some more and do some work- on a day off, yes, but I think I need a distraction from this- while I watch and wait. There seems to be a limitless supply of jean jackets, awkward and crazy in this show. The more I watch, the more I feel bad for JiaCheng, stuck between difficult and insane. What a nightmare. I’m stressed out just watching the guy. I’m questioning everyone’s life decisions, from Yi Pei to the bffs to the people walking down the street. I’m questioning my life decisions in watching it.
Then Yi Pei kind of enters the picture, and I’m thinking, okay. He’s a decent guy, and even if I don’t like her very much, maybe this will be a show that says “hey, even if things don’t turn out like you think they should be, they can still turn out good.” Sounds promising! I’m an eternal optimist, even if it feels unlikely. But why not.
Nope. More crazy follows. I nearly quit. I hold on, partly because I want to know how it ends and partly because I want to write a comprehensive review (I’m actually practicing my writing skills) and I don’t want to do it for only a quarter of the show.
There’s an ironic, mostly unrelated little dialogue about confusing possessiveness with love. Ironic because the entire first part of this show revolves around her making decisions that are more about her wanting him and deciding he’s hers no matter what reality they live in, rather than what’s actually better for him at that time. It scares me because the writers are aware of it, and still wrote a show that has this at the center. Maybe this is just a really roundabout way of defining the difference between selfish desire and unselfish love? I keep watching. But it keeps digressing.
She finds more ways of questionable nature to insert herself into his life.
Don’t get me wrong. I love a strong willed woman. But this girl just inserts herself into situations where she doesn’t belong, offers up her opinions like they’re edicts from gods, and looks surprised and hurt when someone has the temerity to take affront. I’ve started to realize that even if there is character development, I’m not sure I’m going to care. I’m just worn out by this point. I may come back to this, but probably not.
Overall thoughts: It’s a great cast. I’m sure there are a lot of people in the world today who will enjoy it. Lots of emotional moments and effort put forth by everyone in this production. It’s just not for me.
Those who will like this movie: Someone who likes a lot of drama, angst, with a questionable moral compass or an ability to just stare at Shawn Dou and ignore pretty much everything that happens around him.
“My advice to you: Maintain a moderate stupidity.” Whaaaat? (Yes, that’s an only slightly paraphrased quote from this. I’m serious.)

FL getting on my nerves...poor acting too..
Watching E16, FL being arrogant and trying to snatch someone elses bf, without any shame..gets on my nerves so much!! Guess fl's acting skills have improved since this drama, as her acting is so poor here, no matter how pretty she may be.... will continue watching, as hoping to see her and her boss be together (???) in the end...?Was this review helpful to you?
