The cast was great as well as their acting. But i hated the ending. The psychotic boy.. Wtf happened to him? Was justice served? Where the hell did he went? And who was Yuna's dad? Waaaahhh. I've watched this cause I love crime suspense drama and i like the main lead guy as well as the main lead girl cause she's really good in action. Huhuhu. The ending was not good. Waah. Season 2 pls!!!

I've always like action drama or movies. This one particular drama is exactly what I like. What got me into this drama is my ultimate favorite actor, Kim Young Kwang. Sadly, I only watched the best scenes with him in it (although I did skip a bit on some of his scenes). Basically, I didn't watch thoroughly. Even skipping to the best scenes, I can understand the storyline of the drama. I don't know about others but for me, it felt like the movie, V for Vendetta meet Robin Hood. Wll, some of the episodes of the drama felt like that.

What I don't quite like is Kim Young Kwang's character at first. Quite pain in the butt. LOL! But seriously, his character is annoying. He did well. First time I've watched him in that kind of role. Surprisingly, the actor who played the senior prosecutor actually worked with Kim Young Kwang in D-Day if anyone watched that drama.

Lee Si Young was awesome. She's incredible. I'm sure many of you have read the news about her in the early pregnancy during the shooting of the drama. Kudos to her. Her baby was a miracle baby for sure to stand so much of pressure during the filming, as well to Lee Si Young as well.

Overall, the drama was great. I want to see more action with Kim Young Kwang in it. I look forward to see him in more drama.

P/S: The ending was really not what I expected. Not a fan of the ending.

Ever since the beginning I fell in love with this drama. The acting was all-around amazing and so real. The storyline seemed so interesting and something that would bring lots of intense and thrilling scenes. I fell in love and I could not wait for next week to come around so I could have more of its content.

I was prepared to give 9/10 or even more for this drama but the last episode especially made me shift because see, the important ingredient to an amazing drama is its conclusion. And this drama's conclusion was so fast, so rushed, and leaving so many questions unanswered. I sincerely hope they come back around for a second season only because I need to know more.

The acting was subpar. I absolutely loved Kim Seul Gi and Key's characters and I will miss the dose of joy it gave to see them on screen. I also am in awe of Lee Shi Young and Kim Young Kwang's acting were so fresh and raw. I have to especially give props to Park Solomon's acting because he had me absolutely appalled and despising his character from beginning to end.

So, bottom line is, I adored this show I was even considering it to be one of my faves, but its conclusion - which wasn't much of one - left me bewildered and wanting more.

Firstly the cast is so wonderful! The acting is completely daebak for everyone and you won't get the feeling of any actor's bad performance is dragging the drama down.

Secondly, the storyline/plot is pretty good but improvements can be made for sure.

Thirdly, I did not expect this to be over my expectations really. A drama I recommend everyone to watch.

Pro:
-Lots of action
-Giving what the bad guys deserves
-Little heartbreaks here and there
-Camera work done right

Con:
-Improvements can be made to storyline
-Only 30 minutes per episode

P.S If you want spoilers, look at the comments section of google it.

One of the best things about Lookout is the thrill that gives, with the whole finding the culprit and making the bad guys pay theme blending well with the strong female protagonist and the high tech team. The cases are okay, though the main case with that criminal mastermind high school boy. Actually, that boy's performance was really good, playing the manipulating murderer who's still a minor. But, the other actors' performances were great as well, bringing a freshness to the whole drama. However, even though I did tried to really like this drama, something about it made me tired of watching it. Though the actions scenes were a handful, the actual plot was a bit of a series of bad people not getting the punishment they deserved and as a result people suffered. So, maybe the concept wasn't that well executed. Nevertheless, a good action drama, so 5 out of 10.

This drama is amazing, i had to write a reccomendatiojn right after i finished it.

I loved everything about it.

story-line: The story line was really good, it was different and unique. It was about the Korean political areas, and how prosecutors and higher authorities get away with anything. The show bought different people together to help fight against the antagonist. So i rate the story line 10/10 because it was different.

Character/ Acting: The acting and the actors were awesome, i am glad that he production team picked the leads cast because they bought the show alive. A per usual Lee Si Young and Kim Young Kwang did well in this drama, loved their acting and how they developed their character. Key also did a good job, first time watching him acting and loved it alongside with Kim Seul- Gi. There was one person who stood out for me, he was not the main character but a side and that was PARK SOLOMON!!! lets appreciate his marvelous acting, and how he got into his character. This actor can do anything, hes amazing he bought his character a psychotic maniac alive, and made people hate and despise him. He was also well suited, i really hope he wins an award this year. He truly deserves it and love to see him in more dramas as a main. I would rate the acting: ` 10/10 because i loved everyone

Music/OST: I loved every single OST, it was different original. As soon as i heard it i fell in love with it and knew i had to download it! It just suited the drama, and its story line very well. So for that i will rate it 10/10

Ending: I didn't really like the ending, it was different but wasn't what i was expecting, i mean they all got what they wanted but it didn't satisfy me. However i did love how they remembered and talked about that one person who was the purpose of the show. I was expected much better ending. SO for that i will rate it 9/10

Rewatch value: 10/10 because i would deffo watch it again, because i like to rewatch dramas i am interested and like.

Do you like TV show cliches that were already outdated in the 1970s?  Do you like idiot plotting?  Do you think it's plausible that a 100lb woman could beat up 8 gangsters at once with her bare hands?  If you do, then maybe this is the right show for you.

There are a lot of good actors in this cast and they tried their hardest, but the writers gave them so little to work with.  Every character acts like a complete moron.  Every time someone is supposed to their job, whether it's a police interrogation or a lawyer speaking in court, they do the opposite of what a professional would do in real life.  The plot moves at a fast pace with lots of twists, but they're all really dumb twists.  If you want a show like this, watch Bride of the Century instead.  It has a plot that twists just as often, but each time it's smart and makes sense.

My expectations were high

Acting of the characters are good.
If you haven't watch much law, crime dramas you could enjoy to the fullest .. but as someone watch so many crime, law, thriller dramas there are some lacking in story and screen writing ..

I expected more smart moves from the leader when revealing the truth. The love hate relationship between two brothers didn't get any attention.. In theory the victim brother hate the other. But help him with all. How they plan to get alone was not describe inthe show. Such as there are misssing details ..some reasons for decision are groundless . the reasons for villain to be cruel , power thirsty was not explained. But there were some good twist and turns.
Can give it a try..

WE DO WHAT WE WANT AROUND HERE

This show could be best summed up like this: if the plot needs it to happen, it happens. A detective who cannot grasp that a person can't be accused of murder without evidence. A prosecutor who acts like a thirteen year old girl because it a part of his disguise. I can only assume that he's trying to fool the audience. Hacking hackers who hack. How? Doesn't matter! They have computers and phones that can turn electricity on and off, isn't it cool?
All the characters seem to able to sniff out important events like bloodhounds - they are drawn to any place where the plot is happening, even if it doesn't make any sense for them to be there. Horrible dialogue that makes you laugh.
"Who are you?"
"Somebody who catches bad guys like you."
Don't waste your time. It's not worth it - maybe watch paint dry instead. It's bound to be less infuriating.

I recommend this drama.

The drama is basically just whats listed above (Action, Friendship, Investigation, Thriller). The writers must have had specific things in mind and stuck to what they think is right. I liked how the drama went, my brain enjoyed it. Props to the writers for sticking to their thing and not sacrifcing the story or plot for entertainment and high ratings.
I'm rating this drama based on:
story (well written)
-The plot was consistent it had many twists and unexpected turn of events. I was even anxious on the days when episodes were released, waiting for subs and wondering what happend. The drama can glue you to your seat ( or bed wherever you watch it). But I don't recommend starting it with the normal kdrama expectations. As it's said "Story about a group of people who get together to overcome their pain of having lost their loved ones to crime." they don't work together to replace their loved ones, so don't watch it if you are gonna expect a lot of romance and if you are very into this gener. This is a very intense drama with very serious problems in society. Like I said it's very consistent and the writers didn't go off their way in the story with some other genres to get higher ratings. The other the great thing about this drama is how well the characters are written and that there are strong female leads.( I really like that)
acting/cast (great)
- I think that in this drama Lee Shi Young really shined as an actor. She also had great chemistry with Kim Young Kwang. Both actors were able to portray the characters, the tension and their relationship very well. I'm also glad to see that Key, Kim Seul Gi, Kim Tae Hoon got bigger roles. All of them are very talented, but I have to say that its great that Kim Tae Hoon got to play such a nice role! I'm impressed because so far I had only seen him do well as a villain.(Angry Mom).
music(surprising)
- I love to soundtrack, it really fits the drama and when it plays you know something is gonna go down. Idk but for some reason it reminds me of the movies Taxi(minus the tons of action), because when black eyed peas' track was played I would be like yeaaa. When the music starts. now I'm like oooooooo~ :D
- I would rewatch it for sure
Overall
I really liked this drama and I'm very content with it and I was able to see some actors in a whole new way. So I'm giving it a 10.... ( the last ep. were meh, but ok)
