Binding Souls (2017)

In order to complete the dissertation to graduate, five university students - Feng , Victory , Mei Qi, Xiao Yu and A Li - are assigned to do special research in The Moral Education College during summer vacation. Back at World War II, the university was occupied by the Japanese and turned into a military laboratory allowing them to do cruel human experiments. Throughout its history, there have been a number of horrible supernatural legends handed down. Mr. Law, the college's principal, and Miss Fang , the college's teacher show them around on campus. In the museum, they're extremely excited at the sight of the archives of Japanese army. On the following day, they find alumni records about ghosts and all kinds of supernatural events that the old students of the college had experienced, even including a mysterious disappearance of girl students. Suddenly a chain of strange things happened in that evening, and finally they are forced to flee to a century-old tree, where, unexpectedly. they see Mr. Law dig out some bones unconsciously under the tree.
