The male lead gains ability to repeatedly go back in time to 'correct' certain situations so they can grab a hold of the heart of a girl they are interested in

In both series the main characters go back in time and they end up finding love when/ where they least expect it.

It's fun to watch the alternative and sometimes parodying short episodes of 10-15 mins of "Todome no Parallel" parallel to the original "Todome no Kiss". Sometimes it's a bit confusing, but if you watch the episodes of the two dramas one after the other there are easy to follow.

Both dramas have a main couple that deals with time loops. They have to find out how to end it and what is behind the loop. In Todome no Kiss the loop is, like in Reset, made by the Leads dying. Both have lots of suspense and are interesting to watch.

Miyu and Shuya are high school students. They have dated for 2 years. Miyu and Shuya have a promise that no matter what, they will watch a movie together on the first day of each new month. When Miyu and Shuya are on their way to the movie theater, Shuya suddenly cancels their date. Shuya seems like he is hiding something and he acts nervous. Later, Miyu goes to the place where she is supposed to meet Shuya, but she witnesses Shuya getting into a car accident. She panics, but when she wakes up she finds herself on the morning of the accident. Miyu keeps waking up on the day when Shuya got into an accident. ~~ Adapted from the novel "Kimi ga Otoshita Aozora" by Sakura Eeyo.

I feel like the main lead's characters are quite similar..also the plot for both series has similar themes as well..sudden death, the desire to gain power, manipulation of others, narcissism, naive women, etc.

not a bl but is a time loop drama ! the mc is kind of shitty and uses the time loop to find more out about the "love interest" and manipulate them into falling in love with him

- Have time travel content
- Have twists
- Share same vibe (FLs look alike)
- Have some mystery/ tragic past/ blood scene (some psychologic)
Recommended by Pearlly_M
- Revenge sublot
- MC who is neither good or bad, grey area
- MC with tragic past causes him to be heartless in the present
- tragic past is a crime that was covered up and ruins the whole family
- MC with acting skills who uses them to gain an edge on many situations
- MC opens up their heart slowly

Althought they r both different I felt some similarities:
- time travel
-time travel to set things right the way they want
-fight against destiny
-ending similar ^^
-character developement
-love
But »Todome no kiss« is more deep and I liked it a little more than »One more time«. But if u liked »One more time« u will propably like »Todome no kiss« too! And the other way around^^ Enjoy!

A love story about a woman who falls in love with a man suffering from a split personality disorder, and the troubles she goes through because of this love. Aizawa Saki, who works for a trading company, was having an affair with her department chief, Okada, but decided she wanted to put an end to the relationship. On her way home after telling Okada it is over, Saki is surrounded by a gang of young boys. Luckily, Takagawa Ryo, a man with a piercing glance who happened to be there, rescues her, then steals some money from her wallet and walks away. The next day, a new employee, Mizuno Takumi, reminds her of him. Saki thinks that it can’t be the same man.

Both shows deal with trying to change someone's fate and have a supporting character trying to murder the lead.

Both dramas deal with the concept of time leaping. Todome No Kiss leans more towards a comedy than 365 Repeat the Year does.
