Jackie aka Asian Hawk (Jackie Chan) is an adventurer with a mercenary streak. Jackie used to perform in a band with his friends Alan (Alan Tam) and Laura (Rosamund Kwan) before he was kicked out of the band by Alan, who wanted Laura for himself. At the beginning of the film Jackie steals a sword from an African tribe that is one of the five pieces of a valuable armour known as the Armour of God. He successfully sells it in an auction.
Later, Alan out of desperation (although unwillingly) tells Jackie of an evil cult which has kidnapped Laura and are demanding the Armour of God as ransom. Jackie decides to aid Alan in rescuing Laura from the evil religious cult that has stolen her in hopes of Asian Hawk delivering the last three pieces of the Armor to them as they have the other two.

A fortune hunter  has an ex-abducted former when he retrieved a sword that was one of the  five remaining pieces of the Armor of God, an armor worn during the  Crusades or by King Arthur or some other one that gives the bearer of  all five pieces an incredible power . They  want the piece in exchange for the girl, but Jackie has already sold it  and the owner is not willing to let it have, letting him take his  daughter instead.
Although it was released in the US as  the sequel to Operation "Condor" ... At this time, Jackie Chan was known  for adding humor to his action pieces, which in my opinion were the  pinnacle of his success as an actor along with the incredible delivery acrobatics that makes the movie good. The film is very tedious at certain times and suffers from bad acting and a ridiculous plot. While the final showdown is well done, it is not impressive enough to sit in the first hour to get there.
