The prophecy of the Blood Moon is the heart of this fictional series. It is foreshadowed from the start that the end of the reign of the vampire with the cursed ink will come from the child of the most powerful vampire and the chosen wolf. The story picks up when Mateo, Lia, and Malia Rodriguez are living their lives as powerless mortals in San Isidro, a fictional province of the Philippines. Sandrino, Magnus’ son, also known as Supremo, orders his forces to hunt the Rodriguez family to prevent the prophecy's fulfillment and ensure his ascendancy into power. Malia’s bloodline is a threat to Supremo even as a mortal child without powers. Supremo kills Mateo and Lia, unaware that the 7 year old Malia is carried off to safety at a secret LLU base in Tanay, Rizal by the werewolf Baristo. Edit Translation

Reviews
The first three episodes were perfect. It was a gift for all the fans of "Imortal", perfect conclusion for Mateo and Lia's love story. Then it went downhill really fast from there. That dragged on plot of the moonchasers, that dragged on Jacinta mystery took over maybe half of the whole series.
The presence of JLC, Angel Locsin and Richard Gutierrez almost over power the main lead. It was not their fault, it was just how the story was written.
The FL's backstory was well written obviously. But the ML's backstory was a bit messy. As it turns out, he was also Magnus son. If logic must be followed, he must be conceived almost at the same time as Malia. He was so busy waging war against Mateo and Lia. When did he find the time to rape a Luna soldier? And how did that Luna soldier (ML's mom) ends up with Barang and Supremo?
Anyway as the story unfolds, it was fun to see old characters from the past. It also have good action sequences and good OST. The romance part was a bit mediocre though. Still a good watch.
