Investigation Couple and God's Quiz are both forensic dramas centred around two leads with different backgrounds: a male forensic doctor, and a female prosecutor (IC) / police investigator (GG), respectively. The two parts clash in the beginning of the stories, but learn to listen and learn from one another, as that is more fruitful in understanding the reasons behind cases of unnatural deaths.

They are similar because of the profession, a Forensic Scientist partners with a cop.
There's a crime involved, and the leads are trying to close and find the killer that uses the same modus operandi (though this part is more similar to PFJ season 2).

Though PFJ has a more serious tone. If you want to watch a crime investigation involving forensic science which is closer to reality, PFJ is the best. Medical Examiner Dr. Qin generally aims for entertainment more than the cases tackled, thus it is lighter to watch.

Both "Doctor John" and "Partners for Justice" are Korean dramas, but they explore different genres and narratives despite sharing some potential connections. Here's a breakdown of their similarities and differences:

Similarities:

Focus on justice: Both dramas touch upon themes of seeking justice, albeit in different ways. "Doctor John" explores uncovering medical malpractice and fighting for patients' rights. "Partners for Justice" focuses on legal investigations and bringing criminals to justice.
Morally ambiguous characters: Both feature characters who sometimes operate in ethical gray areas to achieve their goals. "Doctor John" has the titular doctor who bends rules to help patients, while "Partners for Justice" might display prosecutors resorting to unconventional methods.
Strong female leads: Both dramas feature capable and determined female characters who fight for what they believe in. In "Doctor John," the female lead assists the doctor in uncovering the truth. In "Partners for Justice," the female lead is a prosecutor herself.
Suspenseful elements: Both dramas incorporate elements of suspense and mystery, keeping viewers engaged with the unfolding stories.
Differences:

Genre: "Doctor John" primarily belongs to the medical drama genre with thriller elements, while "Partners for Justice" falls under the legal drama and crime thriller genre.
Focus: "Doctor John" concentrates on the medical field and uncovering healthcare-related wrongdoings. "Partners for Justice" primarily explores legal investigations and the criminal justice system.
Overall tone: "Doctor John" adopts a more somber and emotional tone, tackling ethical dilemmas and medical issues. "Partners for Justice" leans towards a suspenseful and action-oriented tone, focusing on solving crimes and legal battles.
Character dynamics: "Doctor John" primarily revolves around the relationship between the doctor and his assistants, with the romance subplot playing a significant role. "Partners for Justice" focuses on the partnership between the prosecutor and the forensic investigator, with less emphasis on romance.
In summary:

If you enjoy suspenseful dramas with morally ambiguous characters and themes of fighting for justice, both "Doctor John" and "Partners for Justice" might be worth exploring.
However, if you prefer medical dramas with deeper emotional themes, "Doctor John" might be a better choice.
Alternatively, if you're drawn to legal dramas with crime investigation elements, "Partners for Justice" could be more appealing.

Unnatural is set entirely among forensic pathologists, and the characters work towards solving cases of deaths with unnatural causes. 1/2 of our Investigation Couple, Baek Beom, is a forensic pathologist and his work contributes greatly to the cases Prosecutor Eun Sol works on. His work is shown in detail, similar to Unnatural.
