Not a body switch but there is a switch in power dynamics. The younger male lead goes from being under the elder male lead to being his boss.

Both "Because I Love You" and "The Dude in Me" involves body swap in their stories. Both starts with some accident which made main characters switch their bodies.

Similar in the way that an older male gets to somewhat relive youth.
They're very different concepts though, because The Dude In Me involves body swap.

both will make you laught a lot
if you like body swap stories and more comedy then romance these two movies are just perfect for you
you will not regret watching them
enjoy ^^

So close in terms of ideas you'd almost think that one inspired the other. Basically a highschooler and a gangster switch bodies and the highschooler with the soul of the gangster then becomes the new cool kid cause of his gangster-powers of beating people up.

--> Both have a criminal/shady guy as one of the body swap candidates
--> Psychona futari is swapping between male and female while Dude in Me is between 2 males

There will be a series based on this movie. Whether the cast will be the same is not clear, though.
