I have just finished watching this drama and I really don't know what to think of it. I found it quite interesting to watch a drama with a "forbidden" love and the actors were really great at portraying their roles. Naoko had to hide her feelings and it was sad to see how much pain it caused her. The last two episodes were also very sad but on the other hand very convincing, only the ending was ... I don't even know how to describe my feelings. It destroyed everything and I wish there had been another one.
As you can see I liked the story except the ending because it made me not want to watch this drama ever again. If you don't like ironic (and ridiculous) endings, don't watch this!

(I'm sorry if you don't quite understand what I am trying to say, but since I don't want to reveal anything I cannot explain more.)

I finished this drama some minutes ago, and it was definitely worth it.

I like those kind of taboos, and it has a story we don't usually see on dramas.

The actors were good, and their chemistry as well.

It's not a drama to make us amazed by it, because they don't go much deep in the relationships but it's still good! They didn't develop the story, but since the story has only 11 episodes they developed it enough!

I liked everything about the story.

I was thinking it was going to have a sad ending, but it was only a bit weird..... I liked it.

I recommend it :)

Warriors Against Society

Mitsu no Aji (2011): Warriors Against Society

However you look at siblings' love, it's a war against society, so one better be prepared for that, if they choose this route.

The romance between Masato (uncle/brother) and Naoko (niece/sister) starts very early, in a showery road of the beginning scene where they hug each other momentarily. However, a long road still remains for them to travel through. And this is their 10-year journey in which they separately grow . It's like they join one military camp after another and face one personal fight after another in order to get ready for the biggest war of all time: War against Society!

My Rating: 9/10
